Guido's Premium Pizza Hartland — Restaurant in Hartland Township

I would not recommend going the staff is extremely rude. I had an incident a few months earlier where I ordered and couldn’t pick up the order because I got a flat tire while I was out there was no way for me get the pizza. I then ordered yesterday they tell me that I have to pay up front because the incident where I wasn’t able to get my order. I said ok placed my order. The person takes my order tells me to pick up in 20 mins I said wait don’t you need my card number. He said no it’s easier to do it in the store. I go to run an errand that took about 30-40 minutes get to the pizza to pay for waiting in line for several minutes. When I get up the a women tells me oh I don’t see that your order was not put in. I have hungry kids that are ready to eat so I said thank I just go somewhere else. Wyatt the proceeds to call me at 8:30 at to tell me I’m no longer welcome to order there . Like it’s my fault that I was told my order had not been made. I would have been happy to correct the first time because that was my fault but yesterday was not and I am extremely offended and disgusted by the way this kid unprofessionally handled the situation. I also called to speak to the owner today and Wyatt and the lady that told me my order wasn’t in proceeded to try and argue with me and tell me that that’s not was she said when there were other customers in the store that heard the same...

I ordered an 8" Baby Classic and a 16" X-large Deluxe (pick up) on 12/11/24 around 6:30pm. While the Baby happened to be fine, the Deluxe was a disaster. If you look at the menu pictures, you can see the color of what this pizza should look like - mostly red with sauce and pepperoni. Mine Deluxe was white with a little of yellow. No sauce. None whatsoever! Huge chunks of green pepper (about 1x1 inch pieces) which, I suspect, were added at the last minute, because all pepper fell off the pizza. The pepper was not even baked! All pieces of the Italian sausages fell off as well. How can one bake a pizza with cheese topping and have all ingredients falling off? And no, I did not rattle or throw around the pizza box. It just looked like half backed. On the positive side, the crust was soft. This is the second time I have ordered from Hartland Guido's. The first time the pizza was very good. This time, however, it was a complete disappointment. I guess it depends on the...

I have been going to Guido's for many years across all locations, this is the only one that has disappointed me. Food was good here for a while but the last 2 orders were unacceptable.

First one they literally put white onions in place of cheese on my pizza, just threw it away. Tonight's pizza they put so many green peppers and green olives on it that i had to scrape them off with a knife just to be able to see cheese/ham underneath, also put basically no sauce on it. Luckily i had ordered a salad and was able to use half the veggies in that, other half i just threw away....and still had a leftover "normal" amount on the pizza still.

Sorry Guido's team, this is where we part ways. Hope you can sort it out for the sake of your remaining customers. Highly recommend all of the other...
