Ordered pizza an hour ago after a 14 hour day followed by grocery shopping with my little brother who recently broke his arm. They let us know our pizza had a hole in the middle so they had to remake it. After another 15/20 minutes or so some guy comes out with a pizza, stops and talks to another dude. I happen to joke to my brother that it would be funny if that's the pizza we had been waiting all night for and the guy is stopping to chat with his friend. He puts the za in the to go warmer. We wait at the bar another 15/20 minutes. There's no sign of any bartender or waitress to ask about our food they were remaking. Finally, somebody comes out and cashes out our drink and to-go pizza tab and grabs the pizza out of the warmer. Sheesh
Thanks for your response. We were the last people sitting at the bar while the bar tender rolled silverware on the other side of the wall. Noticed her when I walked to the restroom and hadn't seen anyone in a while. Perhaps there wasn't a "hole" in our pizza and she forgot to ring it up? You'd have to check with her to know for sure. I'm sure she remembers us. I said something like, "Oh my gosh! Our food has been sitting there the whole time?!" She claimed she had no idea it was ready, but how could she if she was on the other side of the restaurant doing other work. Blonde haired man brought it out while we waited, bartender was dark haired. In the end they charged us for a cheese pizza when we had ordered pepperoni and fresh mozz. I think there was also two alcoholic drinks and a beer if you're able to look it up. We didn't keep our...
Read moreEdit: The problem below was addressed well by management. +1 star. Not gonna lie, but we were lied to. Here it is: It was a Saturday night, and as many of you may understand, a night where many people will probably order pizza, as well as a night when establishments generally stay open longer. So we were driving home and wanted pizza. We have ordered from here before, and we really enjoy the food, it is good. We looked up their hours online and it said 11am-11pm. We called and checked with them anyways, just to make sure. They answered and we asked, and the person (who I assume was the bartender or host) said "We close at 10." At this time, it's 10:20pm. We thought that was weird, considering both google AND the website itself listed it as 11pm. She kinda laughs it off and says "Oh I didn't realize the time." We were driving by there, it wasn't out of our way at all. So we drive up to the door, just to triple check. Would you look at that. 11pm, Fri-Saturday. At this point, we're kinda mad that we were lied to. Then, I believe whoever it was who answered the phone, came to the door and opened it (after they saw our car sitting there for around 2 minutes). There was a party of two left inside, but that was it, otherwise it was empty aside from some employees. When I walked inside, she shut the door behind me and locked it. I ordered what I wanted and it came out quickly, and I got back in the car. If you're open until 11, you should probably stay...
Read moreGreat pizza, great staff! Super kid friendly!
1/6/19 Update: Well, they got things figured out. Service was great. Wings were the best I have had here, and our food came out at the same time. Super happy they worked the kinks out!
Update: well, they have changed the menu and everything went south. My wife ordered the Antipasto Salad with just meat and cheese, but she wanted extra meat and cheese because our son steals it. Her salad came out first and was pretty minimally topped for a normal salad. She questioned the extra toppings and the waitress forgot to ring them in. Then almost 10 min later, our son's kid pizza, which the waitress slid off his plate and onto the table. After another almost 10 minutes (my wife now finished with dinner) my Chicken Wings finally arrive. I was going to order the Cobb Salad but the removed the chicken (can be added) and the avocado. Those feel like Cobb Salad Staples. The Wings were really good, but she also forgot my celery sticks that come with it. To have 3 meals delivered over almost a 20 min span just seemed crazy, let alone delivering the meal that doesn't need to stay hot first. Our waitress claimed to be new, so I still tipped her 20% , but it was definitely a negative experience to say the least. The restaurant was pretty empty and I was surprised that a manager never checked in on us, especially with everything...
