Very underwhelming experience. I can understand being understaffed and trying to train employees at the same time, but the other employees working should know what they're doing too. I can also understand being busy with an order and not coming to the register right away, but not even greeting your very obvious customers is a bit rude. Waited 10 minutes for 2 drinks to be done without anyone ahead of us, both taste terrible. Caramel frappuccino doesn't even taste like caramel at all-- have no idea how that's possible. Vanilla latte has no flavor whatsoever. I'm further reminded to not go to this location anymore, even with the convenience of being inside of another store. Dear Starbucks: please train your employees that work inside other stores properly. I feel sorry for the people...

The older lady came up and just stared , assuming that was her way of saying how can I help you, I asked if I could use a target gift card to pay. she said "ya". She continued to stare. That was not the case today. The lady just said we don't have any and essentially said I was out of luck. Looks like i will never be going back to this starbucks again....
