I am not one to post reviews as I know the effect they can have on a business however I can’t ignore the horrible service of this location anymore. We pre-order using the app 99% of the time where everything is very easy to follow for customizing orders but I truly don’t think they look at any specifics. They just make the standard sandwich that is ordered. This time was no different, my sub had the wrong cheese, my wife’s sub had oil and vinegar selected and neither were added, she also requested tomatoes that were not on the sub. My daughter’s meatball was correct and my son’s kid meal was missing the cookie, fries, and juice box so he just got an over priced ham and cheese sub.
Every time we order fries, I make a note to have them well done but they are always undercooked and soggy. And I will agree with another review that the portions are never consistent. We have ordered two large fries and there are barely enough to make one large fries.
The amount of times I have just ordered a half club with double meat and cheese and only receive a normal club is unbelievable. All subs I am over paying for something and not receiving what was ordered.
Again I don’t think they train any of the kids that work there about attention to detail. I really hope the owner can make some changes or I foresee my family choosing a different location...

I posted a this complaint over a week and a half ago, was contacted (by the owner I'm assuming), asked for my contact information so "they could make things right" and never heard anything. Seems as thought they just hoped I'd go away. HORRIBLE way to run a business!
Let me start by saying, my family and I LOVE cousins! This location is so convenient to our house and we have visited many times since moving here a year ago. Unfortunately, like others have said, they have a knack for getting our order wrong or forgetting something! I have had to go back for things on numerous occasions after picking up our order at the pick up window (another reason this location is so convenient). Even after the many times I've been disappointed I gave them another chance. I put in a order for three 20 piece party boxes (an expensive order!) over the phone and was told they "need a credit card to hold the order". I completely understood as, like I said, this was an expensive order. I went to pick it up, credit card and coupons in hand but was told that my order was already paid for and there was no way I could use the $15 in coupons I had! Last October I ordered a meatball sub and only got marinara. A few months later I ordered a provolone sub and all I got was cheese and bread.
Today I ordered 15 inch provolone sub and the bread was falling apart and soggy, the lettuce and tomatoes were on one side and the onions and mayonnaise were on the other side. It wasn't even cut in half.
I ordered the broccoli and cheese soup that's usually served in a paper container with a lid. This time I got a plastic oval container that leaked all over my floor mat as it was packed sideways.
I also didn't notice that when I was handed my soda that there was no ice in the cup.
The Pewaukee, Oconomowoc, Sussex and Waukesha locations are great! I unfortunately went to this location as it's mile from my house.
The owner just cuts and pastes a response to all the negative reviews as they are all exactly the same. Look for yourself. If the owner doesn't care then why should the staff.
