We pulled through the drive thru this past Saturday morning at approximately 10:30am. We ordered our usual order (we visit Bojangles at least twice a week in NC) which included a 5 piece Supreme Meal and were told it would be an additional 5 minute wait which is fine, since we get this often in the mornings for our son. We paid and were asked to pull forward. No problem at all. The food came out a few minutes later. After pulling out we noticed we were given someone else's order. Nothing in our bag matched what we had ordered. No big deal. We did not get a receipt from the drive thru and there was not one in the bag we received. My wife went in to let them know we received the wrong order. She was questioned "what did you order". As she was explaining to one of the employees a gentleman interrupted and chimed in and saying "I know, I know, calm down" in a condescending tone. My wife said she bit her lip and took the higher ground. As she was handed out order she heard the gentleman (appeared to be manager) say to the employee that "we should be happy that they did us a favor and made us the supremes". Very unprofessional. My wife is very non confrontational and very mild mannered. No one was upset, angry or otherwise about the mixup. I am grateful it her and not me as I would have certainly called out the jerk that acted that way. As I said, we frequent other Bojangles locations at least twice a week in our home state and we will continue to do so. We just won't visit this location again while we are in Georgia.    Read moreIt seems about every third stop this location is out of anything we wanted. Today it was ham and sausage for a biscuit. To make it better they didnât have tea either. The person on the intercom had such background noise I had repeat myself 4 times. This definitely has to be one of the worst managed locations.
Edit: Well i came back again to give it another shot as the âownerâ suggested. This time for lunch. Guess whatâŠ.no tea. I just donât understand how you can run out of the âLegndary iced tea.â I suppose the comments fall on deaf ears because I would think in a week you would have more tea. If it has run out then maybe you should have a production planner to ensure it was being made during peak times. If there is no tea to make well then thatââs purely a management issue. Maybe as the âownerâ you might want to get more involved in the business like some franchises mandate (I know the number 1 franchise requires it). I am only one person and may not matter but looking at other reviews I can see I am not the only one that has recently had these issues. I was taught where there is smoke there is fire. Pulled around front parked Got each of our sandwiches out Grab a fry and yes it was Stone cold , limp and soggy. Opened my sandwich lifted bun to salt and there was this long white hair coming out from under my tomatoes. We put our food back in e bag , drove back to the drive thru line told them what had happened but had to wait in line until we got back to the window . I then handed the bag of food back to them along with my drinks and ask for refund They began taking my food from yhe bag and began inspectioning the sandwiches after a very long wait and the window closed they fin got someone from the back and Rang up my refund , they kept refund receipt but I took pictures Of my purchase receipt , they even cheated me on my refund I received less back than I paid and we returned everything This was my last time to purchase anything from this restaurant. I wasnât treated to kindly at window when I was ask what was wrong . You donât return untouched food for no reason !!! I will not return to this...
