Some of the rudest staff around oh, they will argue with you and be so nasty. Especially when you are right about whatever they did wrong. Especially the older lady that works the drive thru in the Mornings in lunch. I hate the saying the customer is always right because a lot of times the customer is not right. You can tell they don’t have a clue how to act like adults. A bunch of high school kids running it. Cussing at other workers, flipping their hair everywhere while in the kitchen. Joking AND fooling around knowing people are waiting for their food or to have an order taken. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I never give bad reviews, but in this case, I felt the need to say something. I’m so very disappointed, as I was eating and chewing a piece of ice cream cake, I felt something in my mouth. It was a nail!!! It was far from a coincidence. It’s very odd. In my opinion it seems as though it was placed there on purpose. Yes, the last thing you would’ve ever expected.
