Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hartwell

I made an order online for delivery. It took forever to get my confirmation email with my receipt and when I called the store number to check something in my order the line was completely silent and kept hanging up on me! It is very irritating to call a business that you ordered from, that is supposed to be open, and the store's phone line is dead. How do you have a phone line that doesn't ring or have a dial tone, has no recording or automated system, no one answers, and after sitting on the for some minutes the phone hangs up or cuts off on you! On top of that no other Pizza Hut has any direct number to any other store location. I should have stuck with Domino's. I will never order from your...

Just so you know when you call in make order they will not give you specials you have to ask and they have different special and pricing than in store. My mother in law made order as same time I did they gave her $10 large but mine was $17 for exact same pizza. I tried get them in store to fix but said they wasn't able to. So always ask for the specials. Also they messed up my mother in law pizza she wanted pan crust and lite on sauce which is $1.00 more but it was hand tossed and so tough to eat and lots of sauce. This Pizza Hut was a fixture in our community for such a long time. As a child, this was where you wanted to go. After football games, birthday parties, etc.. The jukebox and salad bar, along with the glass overhead booth lights, made this place special. We took our family here the other night after my son's soccer game and had the best meal. Something about those hot pizzas coming out on wooden paddles just made it all the better. The lady managing was pulled in a hundred different directions but made sure we were well taken care of.
