Scribano's Italian Market & Deli — Restaurant in Harwich

Third time going here in less than a month. Have driven by so many times before stopping in. You want an Italian Combo? There are like 6 variations on the menu along with so many delicious looking sandwiches. They have frozen soups, sauces and pasta. Italian Wedding soup and Stracciatella Soup from frozen area was friggin amazing! They have a hit section with meatballs, eggplant and chicken parm. They also have a grab and go section with pre-prepared meals right when you walk in.

Staff all three visits were so friendly and helpful. Owner (I think) was behind counter first time and was so great. Last two times there were two young ladies working the deli and they were so nice and helpful as well. Even during dinner rush right before closing they were patient and quick!

Also they sell Zapp’s voodoo chips which we have not seen...

Food is great! Staff is friendly. Just one critique. My order was messed up twice in a row. I ordered yesterday, a chicken pesto panini and asked to add tomato and the woman taking my order on the phone (who didn’t seem familiar at all with the menu) said it already came with tomato so “no need to add”. Came with no tomato on it. Today I ordered again and in the sandwich I got it had tomato in the description and it came with no tomato again. I even asked for onion and she said “it comes with it” and it wasn’t on there either. Not a big deal but just a few mistakes. Don’t get me wrong, she’s sweet. Just doesn’t seem to understand orders...

I have wanted to patronize Scribano's for years and finally I did. iT'Z an amazing place!.

Whether it's traditional "build your own" sandwiches, specialty sandwiches or genuine homemade Italian dishes - U can't go wrong!

My only negative - their printed menu. It kept me away for years. It gave the impression it was just a deli sandwich joint. While I enjoy a good sandwich, I enjoy a good meal more.

Their pasta with homemade meatballs and sausage is to die for. I also purchased a frozen version of their meat lasagna and I can't wait to try it!

My first 5-star rating - a true diamond...
