Every time I’ve tried to order from here has been a bad experience typically, it’s just been the attitude of the workers but today was awful. I ordered my food well before I got to the store because. it always takes a while to get things ready when I got there. I told him that I had a mobile order and I told him the name, though staff at the window handed me out to go bag. I told her I had two plates and she only gave me one at this point the manager came to the window and asked what name I told her and she said it hadn’t come through yet. I pulled the order from the app and showed her that I ordered it over 20 minutes ago and ask how long it typically comes, but it takes to come through. She rolled her eyes at me and left the window. about 30 seconds later the other employee comes back with a bag of two plates. I should’ve checked, so I suppose it’s on me, but I did not and when I got to my husband‘s workplace with the food, the order was completely wrong. I had ordered fish with fries and slaw and I’ve gotten him the largest shrimp plate with fries and broccoli. We got two orders of fish and fries and coleslaw. The sauce were missing from the bag. Read moreWe attempted to eat here on Sunday, 4/7/24 at a little after 11:00am. After entering the restaurant, we notice a few customers eating in the dining area, and no one waiting to be served at the counter. The manager was standing in the kitchen area glaring at us, and did not bother to greet or acknowledge us. This lady does not seem to be at all interested in doing her job. We went ahead and walked out because it was obvious that she did not want to be bothered. There are always new employees at this location, and on this day, there was no employee at the register inside the restaurant at all. This particular manager is consistently rude, I know because I have had prior, unfortunate experiences in making contact with her here. Someone should immediately look into whether this woman is the cause of the high employee turnover. I can certainly attest to her bad attitude being the cause of us not making a purchase here that day. I am not interested in spending my money where I feel I am not welcomed. That manager could benefit greatly from a customer service...

One of my hush puppies fell on the tray before I received the food and the order taker brought the tray back to get s fresh one before I even noticed what had happened. The cook just grabbed it with her hand and put it back on the plate. I let it go until I got back to the table to see the tray was dirty. After I noticed the tray was dirty I took both hush puppies back because I wasn’t sure which one was “contaminated “ and the cook only wanted to give me one because only one had fallen. I eventually got two but it was irritating. I also asked for s side of “crunchy bits” which are free if you ask but apparently the cook was not happy about me wanting clean hush puppies and told me they were out of them even though I was clearly watching the cook scoop some for another order.
