The Juicy Crab Hattiesburg — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

I went here last night with high hopes. I spent $80 and came home with my order to find they did not include my dessert which was cheesecake or my garlic butter sauce. I asked for there to be medium spice and there was barely any seasoning on the seafood and the boiled eggs were overcooked and dry and the lobster tail was overcooked and stuck to the shell to where I could barely pull off the meat. Also, when I went inside at the time I was told to come check on the order, I was told she didn't know and she was supposed to do this and another lady was supposed to do that and there was no sign of whoever she was referring to around but when a man came in right after she went and checked on his order, smiling and calling him baby. Not a great experience for a nearly $100 meal in my opinion. Also, I know I could have called and went back I'm sure but considering I live 30 minutes away and drove an hour round trip to go get this, I wasn't driving another hour to go fix this. I just came here for valentine’s day honestly the workers were just rude. I will say I have came here before and it was amazing but tonight I had Whitney as my server and it started out with us ordering appetizers that came out at the same time with our food orders then when I got my crab there was absolutely no season at all and it took me four attempts of getting her attention and asking the hostess if she would grab her for me for her to walk anywhere near our table. We asked for butter to dip our crab into and for her to please fix my food well eventually about 20 minutes later she brought the “butter” and so we thought that was the butter we asked for to dip our food into but apparently that was for me to pour onto my food which she assumed that we knew that (the only reason we found that out is because i asked her if the kitchen was almost done fixing my food) which she had told me they were doing but hey maybe we’re just stupid) I’m a server myself and honestly if your not gonna check on your table at all or make sure they don’t need anything maybe you shouldn’t be a server to...

We went on a Sunday late afternoon, it was not crowded, only 5 other tables with patrons. They only had 3 waitresses and 1 guy seating and cleaning tables. The guy seating us, sat us at a table where the seats, both, were torn horrendously. We moved ourselves to a better table. After being seated for 8 minutes with just a menu, no greeting, no "I'll be right with you" our server came but was easily distracted, and got my table and another table's order wrong. We had to ask twice for a sauce she offered to get. Our server never checked on us and never asked if we needed a refill of water and once she finally came back to our table we asked for to go boxes, to go waters and the check. She disappeared again, for over 7 minutes only to come back with the boxes and check, no water and told us she had to take a bathroom break. Needless to say, but eeewww!
