McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

I always go to this one because it’s right by my job. I have always loved it. But this is my 3rd time coming into this facility and they have gotten my order incorrect. This time I am flabbergasted. On today I placed an online order. I PAID for an extra side of cheese dip I did not get that. What I got was a BIGGER cup of cheese dip and chilli combined. I did not ask for that. When I brought it to the girls attention she said we combined it and put it in a bigger cup. Then proceeded to tap me on my shoulder as if she had done a good deed. ALSO I ASKED FOR EXTRA HONEY MUSTARD AND I DID NOT RECEIVE IT! This is not the same place I have always loved and since this is the third time that it has been done I will not be going back!! Ppl come here for lunch and a service please get back to the old days...

Overall, I will always go back to McAlister’s. However, part of the service was lacking this day. The lady taking orders got both of our orders wrong- I assume because she had an earbud in her ear and couldn’t quite make out exactly what we said so just put in something close. Ex. I ordered a Memphian on croissant but received a Reuben on croissant…I don’t eat Reuben’s. Oh, and they do not have tomato soup even though it’s listed on their website AND on this review it asks if I recommend the tomato soup. The lady that brought us our food was exceptional as she apologised for the error and corrected our order to the best of her ability. If I could give zero stars I would! I decided to wait in my car for someone from my party to go and get food inside. After a few minutes I saw a man walking around the parking lot then he sat behind my truck under a tree. After a few minutes I look back to check on that man that was lurking behind my truck. This man had his pants unbuttoned and had his privates in hand while doing inappropriate actions. My husband went inside and notified the staff and they just laughed it off and said "oh that guy again". I am unimpressed with the professionalism and help of the staff here. I had two children in my car with a man behind my truck BEATING HIS MEAT in the open! I will not return to this...
