Come here to eat and NOT the burger king across the street. Its better here! I’m editing this after 8 months because today I had a severe problem with two of the employees, not the first time I’ve had a problem with an attitude employee at this location but today really crossed the line. I was about to go to a spot I thought I could park in when she showed up at my car raising her voice and cursing I couldn’t $&@&$ park there (symbols are being used in place of the curse word she used) then flipped me off twice which I got on video. I complained to the manager because she escalated it pretty far and I recorded her behavior and posted the video to YouTube. Still waiting for the supervisor to call me back but there were two employees acting that way and I really hope something is done about it. Edit again: sent just the beginning of the video to the supervisor and lady at the corporate office because I couldn’t send the whole video. Haven’t been contacted back and it’s been a good month already so I’m assuming nothing is being done. This is why there’s so many bad employees, nothing is done to the ones acting like this. Read moreI wish I could give it a higher star, but they need to improve their customer service, and better communication. I ordered two cups of large coffee once on drive thru, and the employee that handed to me did not seal neither one of them. When the lid popped off and burned me the first time, I told her and all she did was hand me napkins, no apology! When she hand me the second coffee, the lid popped off that one and burned me again, but worse. I was on my way to church, so I sucked it up and left without even telling the manager about this girl! I try to stay away from milkshakes, but my husband purchased a strawberry shake two weeks ago, and I had a taste of it, and decided I was going to get me one another day. Well, I've been to McDonald's twice since, and they said the strawberry side is not working. The second time they told me is down, they made me place my order, pay at the first window, and it wasn't till I went to the second window that they told me this. This young lady was polite enough, and suggested chocolate or vanilla, and for some reason I gave in and chose chocolate. Well, I pulled off before I tasted my shake, let me tell you, that thing was nothing but syrup OMG! If I was diabetic, I would have went into a diabetic coma. Read moreWe went through the drive through around 12 on 4/17/24 and it was just awful. We started out trying to order an ice cream cone with the 40% off deal on the app and the ice cream machine was broke but we weren’t told that until after she had put the code in and it takes 15 minutes to regenerate the code. THEN we tried to order some frappes instead and the drive thru lady just sat there without saying a word to us for like 15 minutes and we know she was on set because we heard beeping. After that we pulled up to the window where we pay and she hadda run my card twice and we just assumed that we could pull forward after the second swipe but she called us back and was like “uh uh baby y’all can’t leave yet” so we came back and let her swipe it a 3rd time time then we FINALLY got to pull to the last window and they only had one of the frappes ready. They asked us to pull forward and we waited another 5 minutes for the other. When the other lady was supposed to walk it to the car, she just stood on the curb and did the slow blink thing you do at people when you think they’re idiots. Just use your words.
