As I was leaving chemotherapy this morning (11:30am), the delivery guy got on the elevator with me. I had all intention on going to McDonald's for oatmeal but decided on Qdoba instead. The customer service makes me regret that decision. I asked for the Fajita Steak Quesadellia, the staff asked me if I wanted rice and beans and what kind so I told her. When she didn't add the onions and peppers I repeated my order. She then says, it doesn't come with rice and beans. Now, I'm confused to why she asked me if I wanted rice and beans? Not feeling like confrontation, I just said ok I still want the onions and peppers. Then she says, you're going to be charged for those. Again, I just replied ok. Then I asked if she could mix my ingredients before pressing. She gives me a nasty look and with a snappy tone, she says NO and asked the next person what they would like! Her coworker had this look on her face like, I know this lady is going to let her have it. I just moved on to the next young lady asking me what else I wanted. Read moreI just left not to long ago and everything was going good, lady who was making the food was very nice then I got to the counter to pay and it’s Olivia again with her same nasty attitude (the light skinned young lady) like she always does with me! I have contacted QDoba guest relations on 11-13-22 and again on 3-12-24. I really think she has a problem with folks in the military because I would alway go in uniform but I’m retired now and just had on an Army shirt. My 12 year old said the girl started rolling her eyes at us soon as she seen us walk in! The managers do nothing when you complain about her because they can clearly see it and turn a blind eye.
