Weāve always liked Lennyās. It has been the favorite sub shop for us for many years. My wife frequents the place before her shift at the hospital. I say all that to say that weāve given this place a fair opportunity to be what it needs to be. As of late the customer service at the drive thru has been a terrible thing to behold. On the day Iām writing this review my wife sits at the drive thru intercom for a very long period of time. Eventually calling out for anyone to hear her and take her order. Not wanting to be late for work she calls the store phone to let them know she was there in the drive thru and of course, no answer. Iāll note that there are multiple workers inside of the restaurant. She then proceeds to the window and waits and waits trying to get someoneās attention but to no avail. She eventually just had to leave. Iām always fair with my reviews but if this kind of service is what we can expect we will no longer be doing business with them. And I will encourage all of my family, friends and employees to avoid this place...

Heās allergic to pickles, and this was the second time he had walked back half a mile from his office to get his sandwich rightā¦ā¦ I saw the writing on the wall but I held out hopeā¦..I knew better but how hard is it to mess up a chicken Philly meat and cheese onlyā¦..well itās not hard. First time it came to me it had lettuce, tomato, and mayo on the chicken Philly. I politely said itās not my sandwich I got meat and cheese only. Second time it came back it had mayo and lettuce on it, so I politely said āhey still not my sandwichā third time it came back it had just lettuceā¦..I feel like Iām taking crazy pills. It was $21.65 for a meal and itās not right. I think the cook may be having a bad day and is taking it out on the customers. Who knows? I left and Iām headed to canes. People are super nice but...

Itās not that I mind waiting 25 min for a sandwich, but when I look up and see lackadaisical/ nonchalant attitudes from employees who look like they would rather be doing anything else besides working⦠I become upset. The environment was dirty and no attention was paid to the dining room area. The only redeeming quality the store had while I was in there are the employees that were there around 2 when I left. They seemed to care about their job. But the employees who were working while my sandwich was being made need to become trophy wives because clearly they were not made...
