Stopped here randomly on our travels through the state. So glad we did. Excellent service, delicious food, clean restaurant and restrooms, friendly staff. Bonus, Christian music is playing over head and I was here for it 🙌🏻🙏🏻. Food was super affordable. So many options to choose from which was great for kids. We ordered trays (1 main, 2 sides and a drink for $8) bbq sandwiches, burgers and corn dogs and cajun fries, hush puppies... All excellent! We got to meet the manager, Anthony, and he offered a milkshake for free which was super nice. Blueberry cheesecake... So good! What a great place to eat with the family! Highly recommend Cook Out!

We went through the drive thru and they were patient with our order. And for $18.35 this was a wonderful meal for my husband and I. It was hot and fresh. I had the onion rings with Cajun fries and a double burger. My husband had the same and it was delicious. I also had the vanilla shake which was yummy! My husband said the pickles made the burger better lol. It was great, will definitely come again.

I was craving a milkshake, but my spirit said not today. I'm so glad I listened to that voice because when I pulled up to the drive thru window, I was devastated. Look at the shake machine they use to make milkshakes 🤢🤮. I asked the guy at the window do they ever clean the machine, and he said they do when they can. By the looks of it, that thing has not been cleaned since giants walked the earth.

Absolutely the worst visit EVER!! Why open your doors if you’re out of EVERYTHING!! Soon as I walked in the door, the young lady meets me at the door and tells me we are out of everything. Only thing we have are chicken quesadillas chicken Nuggets and hush puppies. I debate it but then I said sure why not I’m hungry. I get my food open up the box. There is three hush puppies two chicken Nuggets and a quesadilla wrap wrapped up in foil. I happen to look at the receipt on top of the box and noticed that it stated cheese quesadilla. I turned around, went back to the Restaurant and told the SAME girl I requested a chicken quesadilla not a cheese quesadilla. The girl act dumbfounded, like She did not know who I was. She says OK I’m sorry whoever put this order in for you. Must’ve messed up. She takes the quesadilla out of the To go box and take it to the back and told them chicken quesadilla they all looked out front at me like I did something wrong. They Came from the back andgave me the same exact quesadilla back. Still no chicken. it was still two raw quesadillas with cheese. They were so thin you could barely tell there was any cheese inside. why have eaten employees on the clock When no one can do a simple task with the only three ingredients left...

I work at a bar which means there are not a lot of late night food options when I get off. I love the BBQ plate at COOKOUT. It’s good food for a low price which is why I gave it the two stars I did... HOWEVER THE TREATMENT I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE PAST FEW TIMES DESERVES ZERO STARS! Tonight was beyond measure the most mad I have ever been in my life because of cookouts staff— particularly one employee. I’m sure this employee will never read this or know how offended I was to the point of tears because of his actions but I want people going there to know. After getting off work from a bar where men come on to you frequently, I went to cookout and upon being given my food a kitchen employee walked past the window and blew kisses at me and then continued to make vulgar gestures at me with his fingers and tongue(I’m sure y’all know what I mean). I immediately asked for a manager who apologized and I’m not sure that anything will actually be done, but I just wanted to write and let someone know because I am not one to jump on the sexual harassment train but that crossed the...

I would suggest that there are a few opportunities for improvement at this location. Mostly in the training of their coworkers. More specifically in the art and execution of listening skills.

As I live 4 hours away from the nearest location and wanted to know first, if I could purchase the items in bulk Being told no I asked if the packaging would be such that the food could make the trip without becoming a soggy mess - are the carryout containers three-compartment? The answer; "Yes". They are, in fact, not three-compartment but one. After receiving the order of 7 plates, we stood in the dining room and re-packed everything to separate the fries from the coleslaw, the hush puppies from the barbeque with sauce, etc. ourselves. I believe that had the manager stopped long enough to hear what my goal was, he might have come up with a creative solution using the resources available like packing each component in...
