Ok.. We set up our own party which was fine. I wanted it a certain way. Started off bad. Girl at front desk was bothered by life apparently. She was so peeved that I was there asking her to wait on us. I felt sorry for the young lady that was our “party hostess”. She was confused just permanently lost. Idk if she was new or just wandered in there off the street and decided to do wait on us! She literally went plate by plate asking if they wanted a slice and walking back and forth across the room. INSTEAD of just taking the pizza box around... took forever. Then she poured drinks with no ice? We had to ASK for ice! Then she acted like it was request of her actual soul be sacrificed !!!! She had to be asked where the napkins where she had to go get them. Asked for utensils had to go get them. Asked for this and that. And she kept leaving the room. We had to basically be our own party hostess because she was lost. Then the cake. Oh the cake. She cut it with a plastic fork. Why??? Why??? Don’t they have serving sets? They do this everyday! So unorganized. Nothing was there that was supposed to be. They gave one of my sons gifts to another party. Then acted like they didn’t care to find it. Had to get rude for them to look for it. Supposed to have my kids pic on the tv. Wasn’t. Supposed to get “birthday swag and T-shirt” didn’t. And then she gone rush me saying we had 10 minutes to get out of the room. When THEIR organization skills or lack there of was why it took so long. Besides 45 min isn’t long enough to eat. Do cake and open presents. There wasn’t that I seen an actual adult. Like someone over 19/20. It was a complete mess. The hostesses need training on how to serve. How be efficient and set up before people arrive to eat... Everything they provide should be in the party room!!!! And please teach them how to SERVE CAKE! That they don’t use their hands like a claw machine to shovel the cake!!! Get proper utensils. I DO NOT blame our hostess. Management needs train better and teach some people skills. Like smiling and not acting like they are passing a kidney stone having to be there!!! I was really disappointed. My son has fun anyway. So that’s what really mattered but if you are gonna advertise a full party with hostess then make sure they have enough help! And proper training. It’s a shame. I also must add. It takes SO LONG TO CHECK IN. IT TOOK 30 MINUTES TO SIGN UP FOR AND PAY FOR 5 people to play laser tag!!! 30 minutes! Poor dude who was waiting on my husband had to ask 43 times how to spell names. No not long confusing names. Just simple 5 letter white people names. Steve!!! Like idk. He was so busy not paying attention that he couldnt ocus... the jumping is fun. Games fun. The pizza is hunt brothers so it’s good. Which is great! But the employees are too busy flirting with each other and sighing hopelessly because they are at work to be enjoyable. Like who wants to pay 200+ bucks to have eyes rolled at you and Incompetent kids hand grabbing your 100$ bday cake! get it together... Bring in ADULTS. People who actually need to work and want to work. Also put 2 hostess per party if it’s over 10-15 people. That poor girl bout killed herself. We had 30+ no way one person can serve that many people....
Read moreIf I could give no stars, I absolutely would! We had a party on yesterday, and the staff was extremely rude, with the exception of our party attendant, and an African American male employee who their co-worker was even very rude to them. There was a mix up with the time of our party ending, I had been told that the party would end at 2pm, but In actuality, it was 1:15, so I went down to speak with the girl a the register, who was rude, and then she charges me$100 extra dollars to stay from1:15- 2pm, which is absolutely ridiculous. Once the party was over, we go up to the register to close out everything, and the girl at the register, walks completely away, as if we are NOT! standing there to be assisted, there was then a Nicer staff member( a male) who stated " I am not sure what is wrong with them, but I will assist you guys" Then the girl comes over, and tells him "you know they had a party yesterday too" so basically saying that we had 2 parties! which is crazy! we did NOT! have a party the day prior, and what since wold that make! I am still unsure of why she would make that assumption, or maybe its because we "LOOKED" like the people she saw on Saturday. I am extremely upset with the rude, unprofessional, and bias treatment that we received! I also had complaints from just about every one of the parents who accompanied their children to the party, related to how they were treated when being checked in. I also did not like the fact that people kept coming in our party room for party supplies for the other parties that they were setting up for, there either needs to be a non party room where supplies are stored, or the staff needs to already have what they need from that room in order to prepare, when they know a party is taking place in the room with the supplies! my friends, and I usually bring or children there every Sunday for play dates, but not anymore, I will not spend my money here that frequently anymore, if EVER! I also had a girl come to the floor where I was taking pictures, to tell me that "they" needed to talk to me at the front desk about pizza, and "stuff"(whatever stuff is), and then she walks off. I had already spoke with the male employee about pizza, so obviously there was ZERO communication, and I did not appreciate being pulled away for absolutely no reason at all. There needs to be some serious customer service training for most of this crew that worked on yesterday, Sunday, May 15th, because...
Read moreWhere to start… This place used to be top notch. Mostly High school/college kids working there. No older adults in sight. I’ve been here three or four times in the last year and the lazer tag has been shut down every time. The last time I was there about 3pm they had the wrestling pit closed for cleaning. You don’t do that while paying customers are there. The ninja warrior course was shut down as well. Went there yesterday and it started out ok but quickly went down hill. Paid for an hour and jumped about 45 minutes and was told that our time was up. They never announced our color arm band time was up. The guy that told me was slightly rude. So I go pay for another hour. All in all we jumped about 1 hour and 45 minutes of our two hours. Went to the arcade for a little bit and experienced several malfunctions. Didnt get 350 of the earned tickets from one game and two or three other games took our credits but never started the games. Went to get help and was told the arcade repair guy just left. I’d been there over an hour and a half and my nephew and I were the only ones to go to the arcade. She did end up giving me the tickets though. Also much to my surprise during the busiest time there was a lot of people there, they decided to shut down the arcade for cleaning. If there was a manager there or employees properly trained, common sense says clean before you open and after you close(unless there is a spill) NOT when you’re at your busiest times!!! Also, employees need to be at all areas of the building. You shouldn’t have to hunt down somebody for the concession stand and to redeem tickets after paying $40 between jumping and arcade. I have half a mind to go to my financial establishment and put a stop payment on my charges!!! My 7 year old nephew had fun despite all this and that’s the main thing. Based on customer service and and things not working/certain areas being closed and poor/absent management. I give Up Down 1 star and that’s being generous. The place needs better up keep/maintenance and no cleaning/closing areas to clean during busy stretches and more older adults to supervise the...
