UnprofessionalChaoticDirty* This store is NOT busy. The Crew does not know how to make the drinks and they can’t locate the ingredients inside their store. Skip this store. Find a local coffee shop. ANY local coffee shop can blow this Starbucks out of the water. This was the worst Starbucks I’ve ever stopped at to order a drink. First off. I arrived 10 minutes before they opened at 6 am. On a Tuesday morning. Just passing thru town. There was already a line for the drive thru, out in the street, because they block off the drive thru so no one can pull up. There are boxes of supplies sitting in the dinning area. There was only 1 employee that was on time and in the store. All the rest of the crew was LATE. 3 workers arrived in the store 2 minutes till opening. This store is not taking any mobile orders, yet all the customers except me and one other standing in the dinning area had mobile orders. When the store opened, they served the drive thru first. Then they did the mobile orders. Then they took the orders for the two of us who did not have a mobile order. They could not locate the ingredients for the orders. One employee was opening all the cabinets behind the menu boards after moving items that were in front preventing her from opening the door to begin with. Then she came out to the dinning room and started moving boxes around looking for items. Also, They seemed to not know any of the recipes as they were looking at the book for everyone’s order. I also noticed the employees were not communicating with one another to get the orders done. Then 2 more employees arrived 10 minutes after the store opened. The employees are wearing masks but they don’t wear gloves when handling your food. It may be the tail end of COVID, but gloves when handling food should always be required. The store just opened yet there were coffee grounds in the dinning area on the floor. The closing crew obviously did not sweep the floor or clean up.
After 30 minutes of walking into the store, I was walking out with my order. Extremely Dissatisfied. Then dissatisfaction turned into horror. As I tasted my Salted Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew with a shot. Don’t order this drink. They have to look up the recipe as they make it. Absolutely the worst drink I’ve ever had, hence this review. I plan on stopping at another Starbucks in Jackson and order my drink again as this one is undrinkable. I certainly would not have this store try to redo my drink. If they can NOT make it correctly the first time, they certainly can’t make it correct the second time. I will also take the time to report this store to corporate. Read moreWe arrived at the Hattiesburg location, next to Ed’s and waited in the drive thru line. The line was lengthy. We got to the speaker, waited, said “hello,” crept forward, said “hello” again, crept forward…we waited for 3-4 minutes. No one ever came on the speaker to take our order. We pulled to the window and tried to order where the barista informed us that they weren’t allowed to take orders at the window. She is wearing the headset to take orders, but can’t take our order verbally when her speaker never came on….🤔 She informed us we could drive around and get back in line (that was now backed up to Hardy street-6ish cars). As we drove off she smirked and yelled “have a GREAT day!” I have paid many light bills at many locations of Starbucks. I applaud them for their overly friendly behavior, but this girl changed our view. Her shout out wasn’t necessary. The smirk was too much, and the very thought that she wouldn’t take our order at the window as opposed to the box 4 feet back is mind blowing. What is terrible is, it’s nothing to her. It’s not her business to lose, it’s not her franchise name to spoil. She will continue to make her $10 an hour as she runs off customers. I hope the one who writes her paycheck reads this and...
Read moreVery slow service. I ordered two iced trenta green teas one with light water. After waiting what felt like forever they handed us two regular green teas and said the third was on its way. Wait what? I told the guy that I didnt order three drinks. I repeated my order again two trenta green teas one with light water. He said ya thats three drinks. I said no I want TWO teas only I want ONE of the TWO teas with light water. After explaining this a second time he seemed to understand. He said he would need to refund the third drink. I handed him back my Starbucks card. It took him 5 freaking minutes to refund it. On top of it they weren't even busy. I normally don't leave bad reviews for any business especially for a company that I currently work for. I've been with starbucks for over 10 years. The reason I'm taking the time to write this review is because the guy at the window made me feel it was my fault and offered a ungenuine apology.
