After hearing many great reviews, I tried Vicious Biscuit and ordered the Fat Boy and the Vicious Beignets. The Fat Boy was amazing, and the vicious beignet was great as well. The server, Cameron, asked if I wanted a water cup while I waited for my food. I politely accepted and went to the fountain drink machine and tried to get water. The machine dispensed lemonade because I pushed the button for water and pushed against the lever. I realized my mistake and took my cup away from the machine, and tried only pressing the button that showed water, and filled the rest of my cup with water. About two minutes later, a worker I assume because he was dressed without company colthing and walked in and out the kitchen many times stated, "hey buddy are you going to pay for that lemonade", I told him it was an accident and he stated "no it wasnt", I then proceded to show him what I did and how the incident occured. He then proceeded to say, "Don't ever do this again". The entire time this incident occurred, the remarks he gave me were very rude and did not show proper customer support. No other place in Hattiesburg that I have been to order food has had a worker who acted as rudely and snarky as this worker did. Every other worker I interacted with demonstrated polite and respectful behavior, and the food was also amazing. This experience took me by surprise as the worker put the customer in the wrong at first and then continued to justify his reason for antagonizing the worker without understanding the customer's point of view. What also came as a surprise was the way the worker acted over a lemonade cup. While I can understand how it is not right to put a different beverage into a water cup, the way a simple incident could have been handled better shows how the lack of customer support this worker lacked. A very disappointing experience for such a great company, and I would not recommend going back to this location.

Read moreFriends and family event at the Hattiesburg location, but my review is very objective. I ordered the old fashioned breakfast, and everything on the plate was fabulous. But wait! There’s more!! I want to adopt whoever makes those fabulous beignets. I’ve eaten my share of beignets, and more, probably, but never any like these. Do yourself a favor, and when you come, order the beignets. No need to thank me. The staff? Cheerful, helpful, nice, i can’t say enough good things about them
Seriously-this is the best addition to the Hattiesburg food industry in quite some time. Check them out! You’ll be happy that you did. Do not miss the fresh squeezed OJ!!
Update: Second visit April 21, 2025-we had a visiting family member that, quite literally, has been all over the world, and we were determined to show her something that would cause her to say “wow!” about a dining experience. There was no other choice than Vicious Biscuit….and it did not disappoint. The food was every bit as good as before. My wife had the shrimp and grits and was amazed-the shrimp was perfectly cooked, the grits were perfect too. The biscuits were delightful-hot, huge, and perfect. My sister-in-law and I both had the Old School Breakfast and the eggs were cooked to perfection. The bacon was so tasty-I could have eaten a pound! I had to leave room for the Vicious Beignets, though! If i ate those as often as I want to, I would weigh double what I weigh now. They are fabulous, and satisfy my sweet tooth perfectly. The staff here is so cheerful!! It makes for such a pleasant dining experience. Folks, do yourself a favor and drop in for breakfast or brunch. You’ll be...
Read moreWaited in line for 15 minutes and another 10 after we ordered our food, no problem, I was excited to try this restaurant. My biscuit was so light in color and doughy that i couldn't eat it. Watched other orders delivered and their biscuits were a nice golden brown, when I said something to waitress requesting a properly cooked golden biscuit, the owner brought the biscuit to my table and demanded I cut into middle of it and then said he DISAGREED WITH ME THAT THE OTHER BISCUIT WASN'T COOKED AND THEY COOK THEM ALL THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME!! VERY RUDE!! If that is the case, then why was mine so light with no color on top or bottom and others were a nice golden brown. Anyway, I will never go back because of how he spoke to me as a dissatisfied customer. all he had to do was give me a properly cooked biscuit and apologize. The chicken biscuit is $8!! Too bad because I do love a good breakfast place, hell Chik fil A was better than this and i can get a meal for 8 there.IF YOUR RESTAURANT SPECIALIZES IN BISCUITS, YOU SHOULD NOT MESS THAT ONE THING UP!!! This is the first time I have ever left a review of a restaurant. Highly disappointed in...
