Vaporized HQ — Local services in Hattiesburg

I'm new to the area and looking for a new vape shop. They didn't carry the coil I needed so I bought a new vape and extra coil (at this place). They also didn't carry the juice I normally use so I tried the house juice. Well, when I tried it, it didn't have much flavor and didn't have any sweetness like other juices I've used (maybe a bad batch)? So I went back to the store and told them about my experience, thinking they'd offer to replace or credit towards something else. Nope! The guy basically said, too bad. We don't take back opened juices (I understand that). But what I don't understand is why you wouldn't give better customer service. I gave this place a try but there are too many other places that would like my business. (This place probably thinks this is just one person, who cares).

BTW, I went in to see if they'd make this right before I wrote the review. So after the employee said he couldn't help me, I said I was gonna write a review. He shrugged his shoulders and...

THE BEST VAPE SHOP IN THE CITY. I quit real cigarettes and switched to vape cigs 5 years ago and this shop guided me in the direction I wanted to go. They've never been pushy about sales and are ALWAYS welcoming and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and informative. Through out the years I've upgraded e-cigs and switched brands and they've never steered me wrong. The owner is fantastic. 3 years ago I was about to move cross country and being a loyal customer, was gifted some ejuice for the road. Now I'm back in HBurg and so happy to see they've grown and become more successful. Very glad to be back here with a reliable Vape shop. By the way, their in house crafted ejuices are all fantastic! Definitely give Papa Smurf, now just called "Papa", a try! It's a flavor of juice I could vape exclusively for the rest of my life, it's that good. I can not stress enough how awesome this place is. Vaping has helped me kick cigarettes and pipe tobacco for coming up on ten months now and honestly I couldn't have done it without the help of vaporized. I've been a solid customer of Dylan and Josh's for almost as long and they have been nothing but kind,patient and helpful with anything I've ever asked. I'd honestly like to give them both a genuine shout out for all the help on the rediculous and eccentric builds / devices I bring in. Not once have they ever shunned me or not accepted some weird off color rda build from my boutique or vintage decks. I really appreciate these guys and can't recommend them enough.
