Ward's Restaurant — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

Terrible! Do not go to this wards! The managers make questionable decisions on quality of food and don't run a sound business. All of wards in the Hattiesburg area are A+ Service except this one. I have and will continue to slander the name of this horribly ran establishment. Incompetent people just get under my skin! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THESE SCUM OF PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! Plenty more wards in the pine belt to choose from. Best thing that could happen for this wards is all new employees all the way to the top. Except for one very nice lady that has worked morning drive through for years.. She is a sweetheart.. Keep her and give her a raise.. Other than that level that building! Rudest managers I have ever delt with...

Ward's is one of my favorite fast food places and I often eat there when I travel out of town since my town doesn't have one and I must say this was absolutely the BEST ward's I have ever visited... I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in... My order was taken right away... The young lady was so sweet and well mattered... I ordered the Big One w/chili and cheese.. And a coke... By the time I poured the and took it to my table my order number was called out and the young lady brought it out to my table... The entire staff were very nice to me and the dining room and restroom were very clean and orderly... Keep up the good work I'll be back next month on the...

The cashier by the name of kalisa had a very nasty attitude. I asked her to tell the cooks to make sure my scrambled eggs were done because last time they were runny, she looked at me rolled her eyes and twisted her hand in a motion as to hurry up and finish ordering. I don't like being rushed to spend my money and furthermore I like my food right the 1st time. I work in fast food and I also have worked at ward's. It's a hectic environment but you still have to smile and be polite. She didn't even smile. If you don't wanna work then go home. Don't get a job and be rude to ppl who weren't rude to you. Most likely I won't be back but get better...
