I ordered the caramel cold foam coffee, which I get every single morning just from a different Wendy’s. When I expressed my concern that it did not look the same as it usually does, I was told oh well it’s supposed to look like that We put the Cold foam on the bottom and mix .The cold foam was mixed in with the drink, but it would not mix. It was completely separate from the drink like it had gone bad or something and even though it looked skeptical, I still tried it because maybe they just put everything together differently, even after drinking it, I attempted to mix it even more, and it was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. I then go back to this Wendy’s. Ask them if I can please have it remade and then attempt to explain to them why and the male Manager interrupts me and just says I’ll remake it. I’ll remake it and then he hand it back to me and it looks even worse and then I explained to him my concern which was of course the look to begin with because it does not look how it is supposed to. Since when have you ever went and got a coffee from anywhere and they put the cold foam on the bottom and then mix it and it not even mix to the coffee itself it just stays clumped up and he says Well, there’s a procedure in a certain way you’re supposed to make it if it doesn’t look like this then they are making it wrong and I said OK. Well, I’ll just try it because it was also the taste of it that was not right. I taste it and then informed him once again it does not taste good it does not Taste right this is not the coffee that I get from every single other Wendy’s any other day why is this one specific Wendy’s unable to make this coffee? And then he gets an attitude with me and tells me well that’s the way it’s supposed to be made if they’re doing it any different they’re doing it wrong and is still refusing to do it any different kind of way or even check his Cold foam to see if that has went bad. I had a coupon that stated that I could get a free large chicken sandwich with the purchase of a small OR LARGER fries and drink. I wanted medium fries and a drink. The cashier got another employee involved who stated that I couldn’t purchase a medium even though the coupon stated small or larger. I was told I could only get a small or large. The cashier overcharged me also. I told the cashier to cancel my order if they didn’t know what they were doing. A third employee came over and she redid my order correctly.
