Hello, today I ordered pizza using your phone app. I picked my usual order that I always order with the great $6 medium pizza special. Instead, my order got switched to me ordering a extra beef meat pizza with no sauce or cheese. I didn't order that nor did I ever order that. I then called the store that delivered the pizza. The manager was extremely rude to me and said that is the pizza I ordered online. I have never ordered a pizza with no sauce or cheese on it. I do not know anyone that would order that combination. The store was still trying to charge me for another pizza full price. I ordered the pizza to take advantage of the $6 pizza and not pay $16 for a medium pizza. Explained to the manager that that i would pay for the coupon pizza but not $16. After explaining to her about how wrong this and that I was always happy with their location, she changed the price of the pizza. What I am complaining about is how the staff told me that is what I ordered. I notified her that i wouldn't of called into complained if I was happy with my order. The resolution to my escalation was taken care of, I feel that it should have been done much more professionally. Read moreI wanted to express my extreme disgust with the service we have received at the Dominoes Havertown location. We ordered from there three weeks ago and it took two hours to get delivered. The store employees were ignorant and less then helpful.
My family asked to order Dominoes tonight and against my better judgement I agreed. We placed the order on the app as we always do and were notified that it was ready for pickup. (We has set it to delivery as we always do but that’s beside the point).
Upon my sons arrival he was rudely informed they didn’t have our order. I checked my email confirming it was ordered as well as A CHARGE APPEARING ON MY CREDIT CARD. They did nothing else to help him or reorder the food. I told him to leave and called the store. I waited on hold for 15 MINUTES. Shannon (assistant manager) answered my call, she was at least friendly but not very helpful. She then put me through to the manager who was completely ignorant. Didn’t offer an apology or an ounce of concern. Then wouldn’t even help me when I insisted I wanted a refund. She told me it would take 3-5 days. This whole situation is outrageous. Read moreOrdered here for over a year from May 2024- August 2025. It went terribly downhill in the summer of 2025. I stopped ordering here. They would often forget the specific toppings on my pizza and mess up the selected toppings ratio.
The last straw was when I ordered a pepperoni cheesy bread and they gave me a regular cheesy bread which was 70% raw. They hung up on me when I called to inquire what could be done to correct the error. They offered me a replacement on my 2nd call to them.
I picked it up a day later and they once again gave me a raw cheesy bread and gave me a regular cheese one, instead of a pepperoni one. I complained to corporate many times and it got nowhere. All they offered was to speak to the local store LOL
I started ordering from the bala cynwood location on Montgomery Ave. They are top notch and I never have any errors with my orders.
I feel bad for the havertown location because they are probably understaffed and the turnover rate may be high, but they do not care about the product offered anymore. No sense in investing your hard earned money on a product with no excellence of degree...
