While the pizza was decent, the experience was anything but. After a horrible time a year ago ordering pizza and having to wait over 1.5 hours, I decided to give it another try.
I called to order at 455pm -- they said 45 min. I arrived at 545pm (a few minutes late because I remembered last time), and was told "it would just be a few minutes." I should have known that was a lie when there were others standing around looking just as annoyed as I was. The lady ahead of me actually left with half her order because she had been waiting to so long and had to leave.
At 605pm, I asked for an update. Was told again "a few minutes." I then spotted my pizzas FINALY going into the oven -- AN HOUR AN 10 MIN AFTER I ORDERED.
Finally at 615 when my pizzas came out, the man making them hurried to cut them, then basically threw them across the counter at me. Probably because I kept asking for an update. I'm sorry, I'm a PAYING customer, you're going to throw pizzas across the counter at me, when I've been waiting an hour and twenty minutes?
No thank you, will not...

My pizza was over an hour late only to find that it was delivered to the house across the street and left on the doorstep in the cold. Simple mistake right I call to ask about a status update and heard the staff verbally abusing front of the house staff with fowl language. I requested a refund for the trouble. I retrieved the cold pizza from across the street and proceeded to put the kids to bed. I hear knock on the door to find a person from the establishment complaining that I retrieved the pizza and complained about the refund. He proceeded to take the cold 3hr old pizza back ? Why? What were they going to do with it? Was it worth the bad publicity? Or were the going to reheat and sell it... worst experience and staff ever and will tell...

When I called and ordered I paid with a card. I was asked if I wanted to put the tip on at that time and I said no. The guy on the phone made a noise as if he were irritated and said “fine” like a disappointed teenager.
I think it’s ridiculous to tip for a service before it’s been rendered.
When the delivery guy arrived I said I would like to put the tip on the card and he said “it would be easier if you just gave me cash” and made me feel as if I were making it inconvenient for him. I understand that it is likely that the driver is trying to keep his money under the table but, that’s not my problem. Call me silly but I do not like being made to feel like I’m being rude if I am giving a gratuity.
