My experience at the McDonald's location was incredibly disappointing. I approached the manager with concerns about missing items in my order, expecting a professional response. Instead, she was hostile, walked away, and chatted with a coworker who resembled Dracula, while the manager herself, Indieah, reminded me of a turtle.
I tried to explain the situation, as I had to reroute from the expressway to rectify the issue, but there was no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience. Instead, Indieah dismissed me and told another manager to take over, displaying a lack of professionalism.
Her behavior was rude and inconsiderate, showcasing none of the traits one would hope for in a managerial role. If I were to rate her performance, it would be a -0 for how she handled the situation.
When the other manager finally came over, I explained the mix-up again. She also failed to apologize and simply said she would prepare a fresh batch. However, when I tried the new batch in my car, it tasted awful, leading me to discard it entirely.
This visit was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Additionally, during my time in the drive-thru, I noticed staff members laughing and goofing off in the background, which felt extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming.
I've lost my appetite for returning to this location, and my children and I will not be coming back.
It's crucial for employees in any business to prioritize customer service and behave professionally, as behavior significantly influences business...
Read moreI go to this McDonald's everyday on my way to work. I always get a large iced coffee with just cream. Today, around 8:30am, a guy that I did not recognize served me my coffee. He was a middle-aged man with an attitude. He proceeded to hand me a medium iced coffee and I said "I'm sorry but I ordered a large." To which he gave a look and turned around and dumped the medium into a large cup and I watched him add a couple things. When he handed it back to me I asked if it was unsweetened to which he responded with a nasty look on his face, "I don't know... I didn't make it" ... The guy behind him said it was unsweetened (it probably was when he made the medium). Turned out it was sweetened and this guy lied to my face. I don't care about the 99 cent coffee, I care about the way I was treated. If you can't handle customers and their needs, this is not the profession to be in. This McDonalds is my favorite one and I have always had positive experience with the staff except this particular day. I have never seen this man before, and I don't know if he was just having a bad day, but this is no way to treat people in the customer service field. As for the rest of the staff, you guys are awesome, and always make my order correct with a smile on your faces and it makes my morning. Thank...
Read moreWe are willing to drive s distance to this location for the quality service. They help us when we need it at the kiosk and bring a tray to our table even in the case of multiple orders. A while back, I approached a visiting manager at the Ardmore location with concerns regarding why the Ardmore Pa restaurant isn't nice like the Havertown one. He said that they're working on it. However despite this, when I visited the drive through at Ardmore yesterday the employee instantaneously upon my order verbally assaulted the children in my car and myself. All we wanted was two simple happy meals. When I pulled up to the window to inquire as to why we were being screamed at, the woman abruptly shouted to cancel our order. Then she violently ripped up the receipt and slammed the glass window so hard we shuddered. We didn't receive our order, only insults and abuse. The children were shocked and beyonddisappointed. How are the staff at Ardmore McDonalds permitted to get away with such abuse and violation of civil rights? They definately discriminate against the well mannered customers at Ardmore. So we are thankful for the Havertown location where we are treated with the mutual respect that we ourselves...
