This Burger King is always soooo slow! It never matters on the time or day. But it's on the way home from a lot for me so I will get it every now and then. Today, not only did they take forever, but they got my sandwich wrong and didn't give me my whole order. When I told them my sandwich was wrong and was missing mozzarella sticks, they fixed my sandwich and ignored the missing mozz part. When they gave me my sandwich I told them I was still missing the mozz sticks and they told me I had to drive around to add to my order. I told them I ordered at the window and they still didn't care. They tried to blame it on me that I didn't check the screen, but it was still changing from fries to onion rings and adding cheese on my whopper, etc when they told me to drive around. I didn't want to hold up the line so I didn't wait for the slow system to show everything. The manager Tamara was completely rude and didn't want to help because she had other orders. If they had listened when I ordered or told them my sandwich was wrong, they could have fixed the missing mozz sticks at the same time. I tried to get Tamara's manager's name and she just kept telling me she was the manager. After 3 or 4 times saying no who is YOUR manager she gave me the name Angie. I tried calling the store and the phone just rang forever until it hung up. I will never go back and will make sure I post this on every review site. Read moreOnce again, another fast food joint that cant get your order right. First off, to watch an employee standing around with his dropped drawers looking at his cell phone is not a great sight. Neither was his dancing. Second, when the food was ready to he handed through the drive-thru window, fries weren't in the bag. Had to remind him(shouldn't have been dancing and checking his phone), plus point it out on the receipt. Third, one of the burgers were wrong, after 3 times explaining to order taker what it was that was being ordered. No tomatoes, no onions. Burger had the onions, had to point the mistake out AGAIN on the receipt. They still weren't sure of what the mistake was. Told them to not just take the onions off. They handed it back to the grill, only for someone else to remove the onions and hand it back. I feel like BurgerKing has been going down the drain for years now, and this one in particular has always been a joke. I went today around 1:30pm and they lady taking my order was more focused on upselling me or playing on her phone then taking my order and getting it correctly.
I said no to both cheese/bacon, when she repeated my order she said it back to me including bacon. I don’t have the patience to deal with this, nor do I feel like getting my order wrong and having to go back and complain.
