McDonald's — Restaurant in Haverhill

I went to this McDonald’s today . I was waiting for my food and I was watching a man order his food and there was a young kid at the register . He told the man the price and the man questioned the prices and the the young kid answered him very politely. I know the man gave him 40 dollars but he should had gotten twelve dollars back in change the man got 2 dollars. The man questioned him and the young man was trying to see where the mistake was one of the managers came up and said what’s the problem he explained the situation and the manager said to him in front of everyone if your draw is short you will have to pay it out of your check ! Then once she finished that she started to speak Spanish to other co workers and they started to laugh . I looked at the young guy and he looked like he was gonna cry . We got coffee, through the drive thru and it took 15-20 minutes, which I asked for one with cream and 6 sugar, one with cream and one with 4 sugar nothing else. They got the ones with cream correctly but could not get a black coffee with 4 sugar correctly. On top of getting through the drive thru in a timely manner. I'm not sure what is wrong with the chain, but almost every time I get a black coffee with only sugar, they screw it up. Are you kidding me. I used to work for McDonald's and even I could figure out how to keep the traffic in the drive thru going and how to make the coffee orders correctly. This was even before pay raises. And these people want pay raises but can't even figure out how to make coffee, keep a drive thru going and sit much more!!! Are you...

I just had a terrible experience there. There was a snowstorm yesterday and yet the parking lot and drive through was not properly plowed. I ended up getting stuck in the drive-through and had to have other cars cack up so I could eventually get out. When I told the employee at the first window she looked at me like a deer in the headlights. When I told the second person at the second window I got the same response.

I had to emphasize to her that the drive-through really needs to be cleared because someone else could get stuck.
