Maria's Pizza — Restaurant in Havre de Grace

My family of 3 and I have decided to place an online delivery via Maria's Pizza app in HdG and their food was delivered nice and hot and packaged it well. Their estimated arrival for delivery was extremely right on time. My family always willing to try out new to us restaurants. My husband's order was 5 piece catfish with old bay fries, a side order of corn nuggets and his dessert was oreo cheesecake. Our 5 1/2 yr old high functioning autism with possibly ADHD daughter's order was grilled cheese with plain fries, a side order of mac and cheese nuggets and her dessert was oreo cheesecake. I ordered 2lbs of steamed shrimp lightly seasoned with old bay and steamed onions in perfection with mega fries topped with fresh bacon pieces and fresh mozzarella cheese, a side order of fresh fried mushrooms and my dessert was also oreo cheesecake. Three strikes and your out. You were my go to. Cold food and uncaring staff. They had the pizza and fries made and sitting on top the oven when I get there and then they start on the rest of my order. After 10-15 min of waiting in the store they hand me my food. I check the pizza and fries and sure enough they are barely warm. They ask me if I want them to remake the pizza and fries. I said I want you to remake the entire order. The response was what is wrong with the rest of it. Well the rest of it will be cold when the pizza and fries are done and then I still have a 10 min drive to get home. I explained this nicely the last time it happened and it continues. Take my word for it Gentleman I have been a resident of this town for 47 years. There are to many pizza shops in town for this kind of service. Make some drastic changes or go out...

Rarely gets my order right. Repeatedly screwed up simple chicken tenders. Pizza is super greasy and not very good. Other food selections are mediocre at best also greasy. Person who answers the phone is hard to understand and leads to order inaccuracies. And frustration. Last time i was in there the floor was sticky and unclean. Mild odor inside (not smell of food) person who operates the register doesn't understand how to make proper change if dealing with cash.(poor math skills) all around a very sub par experience. I no longer order food from here but i make pickups on behalf of those who do.
