McDonald's — Restaurant in Havre de Grace

I only gave this place a two star review because fond of day shift. If your hungery dirodu second shift you might as well starve or eat out of a trash can (which would be more sanitary; trust me.) The chance uou might deal eoth second shift or overnight shift is not worth taking the chance to even eat here. The restaurant is filthy which I will post pictures of. The lobby was so nasty we decided NOT to sit down after a long drive because it was that bad. Behind the counter was even more filthy and everyone's long hair was just a swinging. Nobody and I repeat NOBODY had gloves on. We watched a man scratch normal manly areas and the resume prepping the food. The man next to him picked his nose, flicked it, and continued to "pick" away at the orders with no gloves. The woman up front was ignorant and acted as if we were a burden for wanting to order food. It was me and my husband who came to the location and she spent half the order asking if we were sure we were together in m effort to lock in a new working man. She finally treated him poorly when he told her I was his wife so drop it. All of this happened during a very slow time and the restaurant was dead for a McDonald's. The manager watched it all happened and we were so disgusted we trashed the food. NEVER again. I will go without forst. Almost forgot to mention it took 10 minutes to order, 45 minutes total after arriving to get our food. Let's add the face that we only got 2 burgers, one salad, and a tea and the whole order was wrong. Lord help these people. I'm fairness I am hearing they have new owners as of now. I've been to this McDonald's many times before and I actually liked coming to this one but today I came in and asked the associat manager behind the counter if I had to order at the kiosk or can I just tell her what I wanted, she answered by telling me ya I can just take it kind of rudely but I didn't care I ordered got my food someone came in after me and they got their drinks before me even after I already had my food. Still didn't care got my things went out to parking lot and ate with my elderly father who loves Mcdonlads but it's hard for him to move around a lot so we ate in the parking lot. We both wanted a refill so I go in and ask for a refill and the same girl rudley told me you walked out the door you don't get refills so I asked the manager working g she said yes you can have a refill and this rude as. Manager said but he walked out the door and I told the manager I ate in the parking lot they actually refused me refills which the soft drinks cost them nothing I worked in restaurants my entire life and they make about 2000 off one $10 box but since my elderly father wasn't able to come in they refused us refills. I ask the girl what her name was behind the counter and she said I am a ask. Managet I said I didn't ask what your job was I asked your name and her name was Andrea I beleive. This place is horrible. Everytime I go in there which I don't know why I even go back. The tables are always a mess. The drink area is always a disaster. The service sucks. Sometimes you get a good server most times they are grumpy. I ordered my food, got my food had to ask for our cups. She had to look up my order first before she gave me the cups. Then I had to go back up to ask for condiments. Then sat down to eat and my niece was missing her fries. She is 8 she stood there 5 mins before they said anything to her. Finally 1 of the girls asked if she could help her. She said they forgot my fries. 5 more mins go by as they hand out other people's food. I walk up to the counter. Can I help you? yeah she has been waiting on fries. someone is getting them. No that girl went off to the back. So another girl gets her fries for her. Hands her the fries and some (2)spill on the floor. The girl behind the counter says oh you ain't going to pick those up. I guess I got to get them. She never did pick them up. For 1) I physically can't bend over. 2) my niece has her hands full. I get that they can get busy but this place is ridiculous. Lots of horse play in the back when customers are waiting. I don't think I have ever seen the drink counter clean. I wish I took pictures to show how bad this is. Like I said I don't even know why I go there. I guess I'm hoping something changed in 6 months since...
