It is best to call and make reservations. I like how friendly the person I spoke with over the phone. But it would be nice to remind/inform the customer that they have an aloted space for parking. I like the ambiance when we had our dinner, not so crowded, quite relaxing. Servers were polite. Food serving is big, for me it is good for two person if you are a small eater. Food taste wise, well it is just OK. Am not sure if am expecting much from Italian foods because it is my favorite or there is just something wrong with my taste bud that night and I did not enjoy the food much. I ordered the chicken and Shrimp casino and sadly, I did not enjoy it. There's alot of onion and the way it was cut is kinda weird for an italian dish. Maybe I have watched too much cooking show that I expected alot from the presentation. The sauce, well I can still taste the wine from it so I just had few bites then ask for a box for take out later. The ossobucco paired with fried potatoes was good. The Veal Pasta that my hubby ordered is just OK. If you have a sweet tooth, they have several options, but next time will stick to my favorite Tiramisu. Wines and beers they have nice choices. My first time trying this place and it was a horrible experience after spending $90+. The girl working inside literally chased my friend and I down outside and told my friend that her order was actually 2 orders so they had to take some of it back.. DURING A PANDEMIC. But it gets worse. Then she set the bags of food on the sidewalk and rearranged the bags before giving my friend her food back (after having been on the sidewalk) and taking the other bag that had the silverware and parmesan with her back to the restaurant to give to some other customer. It was a salad and appetizer that she took back. Luckily we are safe and do not have COVID but two people's orders from this place were set on the the sidewalk. I gave this 3 stars because it wasn't poor food but also not spectacular. Our only disappointment was that they were out of fish . Being an Italian restaurant maybe they only keep a limited supply, however it was only 630pm and a Saturday evening.

It was more of an upscale atmosphere and service was also polite and professional. Owner came by to check on us and also other tables. He seemed he knew many repeat guests.

On a scale of 1-10: Mother rated her Shrimp Scampi as 8. Shrimp were large and dish was not too salty which we encounter at many restaurants. I rate the Chicken Parmigiana as 6, chicken was very tender but lacking enough mozzarella where I wondered if they forgot to put it on.
