Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Hawaii

Zero stars for this place. Worst run Baskin Robbins in my life. It is not close to where i live so when i go there so i expect them to have products especially when they are advertised? Presently 2 weeks after it was advertised on app - They are out of Trolli sweet and sour icecream so cannot make the $4 advertised Trollie sweet and sour fizz drink. Previously, when they were offering the Mangonada at $4.00 on app they were out of that when i specifically came for it within the month they were offering it.

I cane in when they were advertising all drinks for $4.00. They did away with that. Forgot my phone so they wouldn't give me the $4.00 lavacolada when days before a sign was up that any drink was $4.00 - not requiring an app. Last night i was in there - 6/11. The poor young man was left at the front by himself to deal with 8 customers. I saw manager who stepped away into back area as soon as i walked in and never came back to see what was going on? Ive seen this time and again with this lady??? That is not right leaving a teenage employee to deal with all the customers and payment. Another time i was in there it annoyed me to no end. I waited a long long long long time to get my product. The manager took my order. About 4 minutes later the teenager came up and asked again what i wanted. I said i gave the manager my order thinking she is doing it? Then the teenager took the order of the people behind me. We were all getting lavacoladas so the girl made three which resulted in a long long long wait for me to get my drink. She poured the two people's order behind me first which was wierd. It bothered me as all i wanted was a small drink. The man behind wanted a large. Got all three orders ready at same time. So im waiting waiting waiting for a small drink that should have been made by the manager in several minutes and gotten me out of there. Instead im waiting for the two peoples order behind me in addition to my own. It was wierd the way it was done. Meanwhile i was waiting for the manager to make my drink. She spent the entire time washing dishes with back turned to customers. The manager could have rung up my order while i was waiting. No respect for customer or their time. I had to wait for 4 people ahead of me and that took a long time. Plus, because the girl made three lavacoladas at once the drink came out lousy full of ice chips, which wasn't the way it's supposed to be. I had been in there before and got one during the day when nobody was in the store - the guy made it correctly. I felt like throwing the drink at the window. I waited a really, really long time and the product was not good like previously. Additionally, they have very limited flavors. I wanted strawberry cheesecake ice cream a couple of weeks ago - out of it. And out of the Magonada. Need to do a better job at ordering ice cream flavors. Because that Trolli icecream fizz - anything on app is popular so buy lkke 4 or 5 tubs of the stuff. I worked at Baskin Robbibs decorating cakes in a really big Baskin Robbins in Washington DC where it was run properly and they never ran out of stuff. As a Baskin-Robbin’s customer of over 37 years on Oahu this one in Kaneohe is by far the best baskin-Robbin’s we have ever been to! I bring my kids here all the time they treat all their customers with so much Aloha! They don’t mind giving out samples and accommodating to your requests. They are generous with what they serve and love what they do there! My kids always ask to come to this spot because of how they are treated there one time my son dropped his ice cream they seen it and without even asking they served him a brand new cone! Much Mahalo to all you workers you always do such a fantastic job on serving the people of Hawai’i. I came with my family to celebrate a few birthdays. I have a slight impairment. In my excitement and content from their friendly service I accidentally placed my drink and it fell making a mess. It scared me, I felt bad, I panicked. The two behind the counter were quick to help and remedies the situation. Without panicking they helped clean it up with a smile while my hands were still shaking. By the time I had calmed down they kindly remade and brought me a replacement shake.
