The first thing you notice when you walk in is the sign on the wall that reads: “Aloha Spirit required here. If you can’t share it today, please visit us some other time.” Unfortunately, the irony is hard to miss—the service we experienced was the exact opposite of aloha. The food itself was fine, but nothing memorable. Yet, what stood out was how unpleasant the service was. When I asked for the bathroom code, the employee (likely the manager or owner) was curt to the point of being rude. When I kindly asked her to repeat it because I heard it incorrectly—echoing a theme I’ve since seen in other reviews—she responded even more sharply. This set the tone for the entire visit—employees appeared irritated whenever approached and didn’t offer even basic courtesy like a smile or “you’re welcome.” The ordering system only added to the frustration. Customers are asked to order through QR codes at the table, but others who ordered at the counter were served before us. Utensils were another issue. Due to Hawaii’s DFWO regulations, there are no plastic utensils—which is understandable—but instead of offering reusable metal ones, the restaurant simply provides none at all. I’ve never seen a pizza restaurant where a fork and knife isn’t an option. Condiments were equally inconvenient. There’s just one condiment station for the whole restaurant, and you can’t bring anything back to your table. At the very least, every other pizza place offers Parmesan and red pepper flakes at each table—here, you get neither. To top it off, the bill included a $5.26 “convenience fee,” with no clear explanation of what convenience we supposedly received. Between the lackluster food, disorganized ordering, missing basics, and especially the unfriendly—almost hostile at times—service, the overall experience felt overpriced and disappointing. The “Aloha Spirit” sign hanging on the wall only underscores how far the reality falls short.

We live in kapolei and have been looking for an authentically delicious pizza joint (closer than *shout out* iliili cash and carry in Honolulu). First off, you can’t ignore the 1K+ positive reviews. Secondly, they can split sauce the pizza to satisfy all of your red/white sauce curiosities. You don’t know what a relationship saver this is until your household has joined in the war over which sauce will bring your tastebuds closer to Heaven. Thank you @BostonsPizza for saving hours of heated discussion, resentment, and quite possibly an innumerable amount of friendships and marriages. Additionally, customer service was prompt and friendly from ordering to pick up. And finally, maybe most importantly (depending on your value system) — the taste. I’m team white sauce so I’ll speak for the Garlic, mushroom, and spinach side. Who knew spinach could taste so good? The freshest of the fresh ingredients are used to transform this previously identified “junk food” group. I’m on my way to Popeye sized biceps because this pizza has found a way to pile on this green goodness and make it unknown to the tastebuds. The red sauce team swears by the sauce and names it “best pepperoni pizza on island to date”— that’s 40 years of New York experience talking people, don’t take it lightly. The crust… the crust. Brought both sides together on a crispy yet bite-able bed and we thank the crust for being the unifying factor in all of this.

Leave it to Hawaii to give this place great reviews. It's always the most flavorless restaurants that appear as top rated here for some god awful reason yet to be uncovered by researchers. I'd say this is a tourist trap, but it's not even close to Waikiki. Let me get this out of the way- the cashier was not friendly. We bought a whole pizza for $30 and the only remarkable thing about it was that it's a massive pizza, easily the weight of a small child. However, we took it home (yes we live nearby) and took our first bites, and my normally happy-with-anything husband said that this was the worst pizza on the face of the planet. Cue pulling out every italian seasoning I could pair with a pizza. Garlic salt, parmesan, red pepper, and oregano couldn't save this pizza. The crust had the consistency of cardboard that was once soggy, but dried in the sun over the course of 2 days. The sauce was the flavor of red water. I don't understand how this place has customers, like at all. Maybe it's because it's one of the few pizza joints in hawaii that isn't Domino's, Pizza hut, or Little Caesers. Its location only benefits it because it's so close to not only where most people on this side of the island live, but also a massive military base and military housing. We now have to deal with owning an entire pizza from this establishment. Lord help us. The absence of taste is an insult to the food service and culinary industries alike, and also our tastebuds. My husband wishes we never went there, and I agree. Little caesers would've done us better. Even Digiorno's (otherwise known as Delissio's in other countries) would have done us better, and that's saying something. Something very sad. This restaurant makes me wish you could give -5 stars on google, and I will never understand its ratings. Be careful in hawaii trying to choose a restaurant based on...

Please fix your customer service a bit... Used ubereats because my parents are both sick and they RAVED about the pizza here. So we splurged, spent about $100... On pizza and cheesy bread. We did not get our cheesy bread. Unfortunate but no big deal. I called to inform and see about getting this rectified and was told they would call me back in a couple minutes. 25 minutes later I got a confusing call saying we could come pick it up if we want and we have two free orders of cheese bread to use within 10 days. Kind of odd but ok no problem, they said when we come pick up just reference my name and order. Dad went straight there to pick it up to be told that they told me to call before heading over... Now why would I not come get the cheese bread I ordered?! Also that means then it was never made right? Or it was given to someone else? Fine. Dad then asked ok can we get a refund on this order and grab the free ones another day? They said oh no it's one or the other... WHAT?! You are telling me that you messed up my order, you blame it consistently on the driver (which she was there to defend herself and she didn't mess up) and then instead of being like oh hey we messed up have some free bread and a refund... Instead we get oh no you can pick up cheese bread another day but only within 10 days... Oh OR a refund. Your pizza is very expensive for what it is... Please do better in the future.

I will say when I very first called about my order to have it adjusted before all this ruckus, I spoke to a female manager and she was quick, polite, super helpful and made sure that I understood, she understood and we were on the same page. Please have your employees model this manager, she is what I would expect and want out of...
