Junk manager running this place. As you can see in other reviews, they won't let you order in person but only on the app or in the drive-thru. I was the only person inside and they said I had to order online. Only bc my kids really wanted a donut, I had to download the app, log in, make an order and then pick it up. They have the inside closed so you have to eat outside which has two tables. I came back in to ask to see if they had a small cup with water they could give me for my child and employee (looked like manager) rudely brushed me off with a "No." I would've even paid the cost of the cup but at least give me some options or act like you appreciate my $15 for 4 donuts and a coffee. While I sat outside, I saw multiple people walk up, see the sign on the door that says only mobile orders, shake their head and leave to eat somewhere else.
If they at least explained that their dining are is closed because of staff shortages or just more engaging with the customer, people would be more sympathetic but look at the other reviews. The line was about 10 people deep, and initially only one person was working the registers. When I got to the front of the line, another register opened up. The employee that took my order was friendly and did a good job. She instructed me to go to the other counter to wait for my breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, and coffee. The coffee came out pretty quickly, but I waited 30 minutes for the sandwiches and hash browns. I had to inquire 3 times with the staff before I got my complete order. It was a frustrating ordeal, and I left upset over the poor customer sevice and the long wait. To top it off, the sandwiches were missing the cheese and the donuts tasted old (not fresh). When I come to pick up my order, I am only then told at least one of the items from my order is not available. I wish they'd update the menu when they don't have an item so I don't have the option to order it through the app. This has happened to EVERY ORDER I've made at this location since the pandemic started. I wish I could give ZERO STARS.
