It’s worth the money. Every time we’ve had EARL it’s been a great experience. We’ve had the Italian, Philly cheesesteak, firebird, Italian cubano, Po Boy, turkey club, and chipotle chicken. The last is probably the only we wouldn’t order again. They all come loaded with quality ingredients.
Our favorites are the Italian, Italian cubano, and chicken Po Boy.
The Po Boy is uncharted good with a hot honey vibe and comes with TWO chicken cutlets cooked perfect and was very filling. I dream of this sandwich.
The Italian is classic and they ship the cherry peppers from the east coast, this alone I will shell out for any day. Literally please take all my money and also sell the jars.
I’m from the East Coast and they genuinely bring that sandwich game to the island. I couldn’t be more thankful. This is something not met at any other location. They even do a classic hoagie roll that can handle all the sawces. 🤌
If you’re there when there is gelato, cash in. It’s like Rita’s but better and they do the full fat dairy custard soft serve.
We’ve done eat in, delivery, and take out all with great experience. Huge shout out...
Read moreOverall the food was decent.. However the price was not. I got a "Reuben not on rye" .. which was $17.95 which in my opinion is way too expensive for what you get. My wife got the country chicken and she also felt that it wasn't worth the price. Each of my kids got a "grilled cheese" which was an expensive mozzarella stick in a sub roll, which I get it.. its a grilled cheese, but it didnt come with any sides. Overall, we spent like $60 here for two adult sandwiches, 4 drinks, 2 kids grilled cheeses.
The ice they have in the soft serve is the "good ice" so I'll give them points for that. Additionally.. It seemed like there were waaaay too many people in the kitchen and behind the counter getting free drinks and I suspect most of them weren't actually working there, just friends of the employees.
I probably wont be coming back.. Not because of the food or the service, but mostly because...
Read moreLet's just start out and say there is zero East Coast about this place. I don't know if someone ate a sub in an airport on the East Coast and thought that was representative or what happened, but this is not what East Coast subs are. If you're looking for an east coast sandwich taste, go to Jersey mikes or aloha subs.
That being said, the food isn't bad, it's just typical. Bland everything on hard bread, with zero love, which I would at least have put in the ingredients for these prices. I went two days, was not busy which was good, but was disappointed in the burger, the po boy, the turkey, and the veggie. All of them were hard to eat and scratched my mouth. The lettuce mix is Caesar salad.
Won't go back, but would give three stars if they took east coast out of...
