I received my first lei hulu pāpale from No'eau Designers yesterday and I was so impressed on the overall presentation! From the niu handwoven box down to the personal note, I was so excited my heart was beating for the big reveal of unrolling the lei hulu pāpale for the first time, I am in awe. This lei hulu is well made; the peacock feathers are of the highest quality and grade, and the royal blue color really compliments my pāpale.
