Horrible Customer Service—EVERYTIME i go to this location! The customer service at this location is absolutely unacceptable. The moment I walked in, not a single employee greeted me. No one asked if I needed help—every employee seemed more interested in stocking shelves or talking with each other than actually assisting customers. I stood around in the skincare section and had to go out my way to track down an employee who acted like i was bothering her… Finally, when I went to check out, the male cashier couldn’t even say “hello.” All I got at the end was a monotone “email receipt fine?”—no smile, no engagement, nothing. This isn’t just a one-time experience either—this has happened TWICE now. If I wanted to be ignored and treated like an inconvenience, I wouldn’t bother shopping at this location. Do better, Sephora. This level of service is embarrassing for a brand that claims to care about...

I had my 2 year old with me and the employee who works outside as the mask police yesterday told me she didn't think my son would be allowed inside the store because no mask. She said, is he 2? I told her yes he is. She then didn't believe me and said he is big for 2. He is big but yes he is 2. He will be 3 in April. She didn't believe me. She said she had a mask he could wear but he doesn't like to keep it on. He is 2. I left in tears. The employees here need to stop being mask police. We have been wearing masks for about a year now and obviously they do no good to stop this virus. This store lost my business for good now. Also I'd love to bring in a birth certificate that proves my son is 2 and he is not required to even wear a mask but I will not buy from this store for the experience of your mask police...

I must’ve been some kind of alien to these workers, I went inside Sephora for the cologne in the back but instead was watched from afar and maybe about 5 feet away by workers . I was only spraying cologne on the paper and I look around and a worker is staring at me, I get maybe 10 seconds to check on the customers but every time I look back the worker is still staring (about 5 minutes) , I look to my left and another worker is just staring at me as well like the cologne isn’t attached to the shelf’s?? I felt weird and awkward so I just decided to leave but as I’m walking out all of a sudden the workers that was watching me decided to walk the same direction I was at the exact moment? I just wanted to find a fragrance that was right for me, not rob...
