Hula Lounge Lobby Bar — Restaurant in Hawaii

If you're head downstairs to the the restaurant and bar:

Along with the mediocre "meh" cafeteria quality food, the evening staff doesn't get your order correct, forgets the items you ordered, doesn't ever check when you want something else, there is always a "Oh I forgot" every time I stay here for work trips. You have to ask for salt and pepper and when it finally shows up it paper packets, ketchup comes in a thimble and it takes forever to get more. Its a lot like sitting at the keiki table. I wonder if they will ever treat people as adults. They certainly have big time restaurant prices. There are other Hilo restaurants that have the same or lower prices that treat the customers like family and the food is awesome. When Abraham was behind the bar I was always treated like a king, but they just don't do it for me anymore.
