Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hawaii

Ordered online. Food was supposed to take 30 minutes but ended up taking over an hour. Asked for a restroom, was told they don't have one. Uhhhh, where do YOU use the bathroom then? A RESTROOM SHOULD BE OFFERED TO PAYING PATRONS. They were out of marinara sauce like WHO RUNS OUT OF MARINARA SAUCE? The girl gave me a number and told me to park to wait for my food and as I tried to ask her where to park she shut the window on me. Most of the stalls in the area are reserved for another vendor so I ended up just waiting inside. They had to turn alot of business away as they were short staffed. This is my take. If you are short staffed maybe you should just shut down for the day instead of making your workers work tirelessly and not even be able to offer any kind of decent eating experience to your customers. We would understand more when we pull up to a dark building. We would know ok we need to eat somewhere else tonight. We wouldn't have to wait for over an hour on food that should take...

Late this afternoon I placed a pizza, crazy bread , 2 orders of herb cheese pizza puffs. Pick up time @5:15. I got there a little early . 5:10pm. Only to be told my order would NOT be ready for another THIRTY MINUTES! Mind you this order was placed at 4:15 pm & prepaid. I was picking up dinner for my 2 young hungry grandsons. It’s Friday night & it’s been a long exhausting day. Needless to say my grandsons were not very happy. I’m disappointed in the management team who explained they received an extremely large order for the military which meant everyone who placed dinner orders would have to wait much longer than expected. Personally I feel this was a terrible decision on the management team. We the Hilo community are loyal customers. We frequently patronize this little Cesar’s establishment. At least 2 to 3 times a month. I understand wanting to serve our military but not at hungry...

What a joke place. Employees playing in the back, sitting in their cars smoking, or laying on the back concrete. No manager, or there was, but not around to actually manage the place. Took well over an hour and one-half to get a pizza I ordered on the app. I tracked it in the oven about ten minutes after. When I went to the store, about an hour and one-half later, they told me it’s in the oven! Find a place to park around the building and we will bring it out. Really? Park where exactly? I parked across the street and went to get my money back. Some smart alec cashier tells me “oh maybe more better next time go Dominos”. I admit I was mad and said even Dominos is a half-hour, but I mean no one, not one person said “we are sorry”. If people in Hawaii did not eat fast food like this, I would close this place. What a joke! If I could give no stars...
