Got the Margherita Pizza. Person at counter was neither friendly nor unfriendly, she was just there. Place itself is a den of wasted potential sadly. Seems recently renovated inside and could seat maybe 30 people but no TVs, no music, no art on walls, no alcohol… absolutely No reason to dine in. Shame cause they have view similar to Bubbas and with a little effort could be a decent spot to go. I guess they just want take out and online business.
Pizza itself was just ok. Best part is the crust, they have it well seasoned or some kind of garlic flavor brushed on. Sauce claims Marzano tomatoes, usually a good sign, but no zest. Pizza overall is paper thin and holds no form. Pizza, can of Diet Coke and tip (Not sure for what service… But still tipped ) was $32.
Probably won’t be back because of that unless they invest in the experience somehow to justify the price. Place has potential…. Maybe they will...

The pie only comes in a large for the NY style and they also make Detroit style. It took about 25 minutes for them to make my pie. The parking lot is tiny, I parked on the curb just a short walk from the restaurant. The crust was flavorful and fresh, all the ingredients tasted great. I got the margherita and took it across the street and ate it on the beach. It would be nice if they sold pizza by the slice but I didn’t see that option the day I went. Expect to spend around $30 for a...
Read moreI come here usually the first or second day after I arrive. Its wonderful and the girl at the counter is always fun and sweet and efficient, I find her very endearing as wells as cute and funny. I rated the atmosphere 3 stars only because it's not meant as a dining in establishment but you can easily sit and eat inside and out. It's December in Kauai and it’s 8pm and it’s in the low 70s which is summer in Oregon lol. Stop in and see the people at Pancho’s Pizza, have a slice and some salad. Worth the efforts. It’s a couple of doors before Bubbas, you can park in the same lot Pancho is next to the store...
