Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Hawaii

I was waiting in the drive thru line since 9:30. I understand you close at 10, but you should have at least served the customers that were waiting in line before you closed. Instead of taking care of your customers, you rather have people finish prepping like in this picture. Shows that you really don't care much about your customers' satisfaction. You served the customer in front of me. All I wanted was mashed potatoes. I even asked the lady at the window. Just a large mashed potato, and you couldn't sell that to me. Instead you want to tell me that your closed. I already know that! Were you going to throw away your leftovers? Or save it for tomorrow? I always chose Popeyes as my go to family meal. I lost respect for you as a business. You have great chicken, but I just find you disgusting right now as you couldn't take care of 6 cars in a span of 30 minutes. How can you make this...

Wife and I stood in line for 45 minutes to try the chicken sandwich, we got both the spicy and original chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches themselves were tasty, and good. We ate at the Waipahu Popeye's. Though it was tasty, the location was too slow and the sandwich @ $6.00 is too pricey. I didnt get full at all from the sandwich and getting 2 for $12 to try and fill me up is too much to pay. In addition, the chicken I believe is massely done so it wasn't luke warm to eat. Workers up front seemed just too tired as they explained that all day the line never stops at this location. Would I buy it again unsure if i would wait again in a fast food...

Roderick the manager saw the store was super busy at lunch today with large orders. He ran up and took our order, was smart, proficient, and kind. Instead of calling our name to pick up the order, he remembered us, and brought our food to us. He went back serving others and the store slowed up eventually. He came by to ask how our food was and we had just finished- we thanked him for such excellent service. He is a complete asset to your store and not only is your food amazing and fresh, the service with him as well as the kindness of the other staff was excellent! Thank you for exceeding the standard. We were pleasantly surprised!...
