Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hawaii

Okay so I never go through the drive through to order. I order on the app and pick it up because my order is complicated and I'm high maintenance. Anyway.. the girl tonight who took my order, you did such a good job. I honestly hate ordering drive through because I don't like repeating and it never comes out right. You said my order back to me word for word to the point I had no doubt it was correct. I had so much faith in you that I didn't even check it before I left. I drove away thinking "wow what a good experience" not "wow that was annoying". I can't say enough good things about you. Please keep up the good work, and if the manager is reading this, don't just do the manager thing where you say good job and nothing comes of it. Actually reward her please. This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. There’s always issues with the others here on Oahu. Especially the ones in town; poor service, low quality etc., Most are scoring low in the basics of service. But this Waipahu location is consistently good with service and quality. My nacho bell grande chips are always crunchy and the toppings are well balanced. When I bite in to the burritos I’m getting more than just tortilla with every bite…employees there are good people. Since way back the food was always good. Thru the days of the little "yo quero taco bell" dog to the onset of delivery. Thing now is those ads on tv .
