Not sure what was wrong with the young man taking my order. He didn't want to speak to me. He didn't even ask my name for my drink, which was really awkward. I ordered a Holiday Peppermint Mocha Frappucino. It took a little over 10 minutes. I can't fault the ladies preparing the orders. It was super busy and they were clearly working as fast as humanly possible. My Frappucino was excellent. I enjoyed it very much. Definitely worth the wait.

When you pay $10+ for a drink due to added expresso shots you expect to get your full dose. On 6/5 around 2:30 pm at Safeway Starbucks on Henry Street in Kona they wouldn't put my drink in a Vente cup. She Lied and said they ran out of large cups but I saw them put another drink in a Vente cup. When my drink came out of the blender I asked the barista to put what was left in a small cup as not to waste the expresso. She did it but was scolded for by the other lady...

DONOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!! Always out of everything. Then your stuck in line. Go to the Harbor Starbucks. They have better management and rarely run out of products. This one needs major help. It’s been like this FOR A LONG TIME TOO. I keep trying to give them a chance and I’ve wasted so much gas being stuck in a line as they’re ALWAYS out of stuff ! Don’t be like...
