We took in a Blue topaz ring to be sized and a very nice White Gold and Yellow Gold wedding ring with a design on it to be sized....they told us about a week...hahahahahaha the Blue topaz was done in about two weeks but it was not the right size :( wonder why? then the wedding ring was not ready for over a month yes a month and they called they had wanted us to go to Kona to pick it up but we were not going to Kona so that was out we turned it in in Waikoloa Allwork on the rings are done in the Kona store here........ When the ring was done...we went in it was all very nice and shiny and it fit and they said nothing to us that anything went wrong.... we get home and see that they ruined the whole ring :( inside had writing that no longer can be read but the worst part the outside has big old XXX's in the gold on the outside looks so ugly and they told us nothing just gave us the ring and sent us home to find it!!!! Do NOT do Business.... with them cause..... i then had already turn in my ring to be sized again ......to the right size they charged me.... and guess what.... it was not the right size again...... but no way was i going to let them charge me again for them them not to make it not right and charge me again!!!!! i spent as much on sizing the ring as the ring cost me.... So they may be alright to buy pre-made stuff from... maybe....but if it is not a battery to your watch Do NOT go there for any kind of help for your important Jewelry because it may not be so good to you afterwards!!!! And someone already said they do not do store Credit or anything!!! You are just screwed with the ruined product!!! !Oh and they Do Not size right so you will size again with them..... that what we learned.... Do Not Go Here.......

Mike and his talented team helped me design the perfect Tahitian pearl necklace a few years ago and to this day I get compliments on it nearly every single time I wear it (including the flight attendants on Hawaiian Air on all my last 4 flights!).
