Went today to pick up lunch for my ʻohana. I was ordering my first sandwich and when they asked "is that all for you?" I told them "no, I have more" The employee Susan was rushing me through the line to finish the rest of the sandwich. Then I said "Iʻll also do another 6 inch" and she looked, shook her head and said "aye yai yai" (slang for "oh my goodness") So I said "excuse me? aye yai yai? I told you I wasnʻt done ordering" The worker next to her named Kawena finished up my first sandwich and I told him "Iʻll just make my next order through you because I donʻt want to deal with her there" He asked me about my second order so I told him. The employee Susan ended up putting it together but she would ask him what else instead of asking me and wouldnʻt make eye contact with me. I finished my order and asked if there was a manager I could file a complaint with but they said there was none. I told them "okay, Iʻll just call later to make a complaint" I was going to order a total of 5 sandwiches but because of the rude employee Susan I decided to take my business elsewhere for the rest of our lunch. The employee Kawena and also the cashier Patricia were VERY friendly and did their best to improve the situation so I commend those two highly! They also stated they would advise management of the situation. However, Susan needs to take more customer service classes to improve her customer service skills. It was VERY unprofessional of her to make such a comment. It was very first visit at that location and will most likely be my last due to the bad service I received...
Read moreA manager at 4450 kapolei parkway subway named DeAndre Ree - not sure if I spelled her last name correctly - skipped me completely after another worker helped me with my toppings when she was supposed to take care of the rest. She didn’t bother to inform me, she had to help me too but only told me I had to wait, while giving me weird looks. I told the guy why I’m getting my order skipped. He informed me that she was supposed to fill the rest of the toppings in when I thought he already did. He proceeded helping me with the finish. The manager as she settled the payment, she continued with her immature, pathetic attitude. I told her I was going to tell corporate, and she still gave off her ridiculous behavior. She didn’t even hand me my receipt.

Read moreToday it took 17 minutes to make my sandwich. This is with me being 1st in line. Somehow 2 parties behind me were able to get their orders before me. The employee making my sandwich tries to pin some blame on me for it taking so long because I didn't want it toasted (SMH).
