Subway — Restaurant in Hawaii

Went in Sunday at 4pm and was served very poorly. Ordered 4 salads with friends and the young woman who served us cut our salads poorly, gave us small portions, and gave us too much tomatoes and almost no lettuce or spinach. Giant pieces of tomato and other salad ingredients like salami we're left intact. Before ordering we waited for 2-3 minutes in the empty subway while the employee was nowhere to be found and finally rang the bell to get her attention out back. She seemed completely uninterested in making our meals satisfying. I usually enjoy eating at this subway and go there regularly. I generally like Subway, but this branch has been getting on my nerves the last few orders. My last online order was a soggy mess, everything fell out as soon I unwrapped the sub. They got my bread wrong, didn't toast it and I suspect the bread was old based on the condition of the sub. They ran out of 2 of the veggies I had specified and took it upon themselves to substitute it with a ton of other items I explicitly asked not to put on my order. I was unwell and couldn't eat certain things, which they happily added to my order without checking with the customer. If you are particular about what you consume or allergic to certain ingredients, careful ordering at this branch.. you never know how they will choose to alter your order...

i stopped ordering from this location. waimea subway is so disappointing. i always make sure to order online since it’s a lot convenient and faster to pick up. half the time they are out of the bread, cheese and toppings i need, get there the sandwich isn’t even ready. atleast have the audacity to call to say we’re out of some items. they use to call way back then but not anymore. so whats even the point of making an order online if it’s never gonna be ready. always ask for extra veggies, never happens. they are so stingy with...
