First time back after the ownership change .. lunch experience. . Odd digital check in that the host did 90% for us and sat us immediately.. was no line.. straight to a familiar booth., nice to see the fishtank clean!.. ordered the crispy chicken , beautiful confit style lacking surface salt ..we used about 1/4 of "sauce" to try n season the chicken.. tasted like a watered down patis, lime ,sugar thing.. would of been better just straight patis and a couple of calamansi.. Steak bites ! God bless! very similar but using shortrib on a pile of onions.. order the pickled onion on the side for the perfect bite .. only thing is most of the pieces were well done.. next ..Caesar salad, flawless! Then truffle fries with crispy red dog slices ,it was ok .. will ask for plain side of fries next time.. the margarita tasted perfect.. like a low sugar style, the black salt rim turned into black puddles from the sweating glass, then on my arm.. So dessert.. we tried the annoying barcode to retrieve dessert list but it was worn off enough to not work.. ditch the barcode chef.. luckily the waitress knew the list and we ordered the peanut butter chocolate cheesecake.... To be informed that's and I quote "only for dinner".. bummed we settled for the matcha cheesecake... Bad idea, I believe they were going for a light japanese style.. but either way dry AF.. the top crumbled like dry cake that been out on the counter for a week.. the roasted strawberry jam and mound of sweet bean paste were tasty by themselves but not enough to save that cake .. two non food issues ... The lighting is God awful.. super white led next to a white painted wall with a old wood laminate tabletop.. giving the classroom/ prison vibes! . .you know they make energy saving LED lights in warm tones now? What ever tone is by the sushi bar..use that ... And go sit on the tiny men's toilet and tell me you want that light switch from the 70s in your place.. nope. .. we all know youknow how to make spicy chilipeppawatah..and volcano spicy noodles.. we'll be back .. it's hard holding an institution up like Tiffany's.. doing good .. see ya soon..

Tiffany’s in Wailuku, Maui, owned and lovingly reimagined by Chef Sheldon Simeon. Let’s talk cocktails, specifically the STAYCATION. This Edgar Rodriguez-crafted masterpiece is a tropical explosion in a glass. The smoky mezcal mingles beautifully with the sweet tang of lilikoi and creamy coconut. Orange curacao adds a citrusy zip, while lime and cinnamon round out the flavor profile with a touch of warmth and spice. It’s like sipping on a Hawaiian sunset – refreshing, complex, and oh-so-satisfying. We couldn’t resist the allure of Chef Simeon’s cookbook, so we snagged a copy before diving into the quick kine pickled cucumber. These little bites are deceptively simple, yet bursting with tangy, briny goodness. The crunch of the cucumber pairs perfectly with the sweet-and-sour pickling liquid. And then there’s the miso butterfish. Imagine the most melt-in-your-mouth buttery fish, glazed in a sweet and savory miso sauce. Each bite is a burst of umami, perfectly balanced by the delicate flavor of the butterfish. What truly elevates Tiffany’s beyond just a good meal is Chef Simeon’s touch. His passion for local ingredients and Hawaiian flavors shines through in every dish. He takes traditional recipes and gives them a modern twist, creating something both familiar and exciting. You can taste the aloha in every bite. Tiffany’s is a must-visit for any foodie traveling to Maui. And chef’s cookbook is a souvenir you’ll cherish long after your tan fades. P.S. Don’t forget to walk around Wailuku after your meal! The town is full of charming shops and galleries, perfect for souvenir hunting or post-dinner strolls.

Surprisingly stylish and tasty dishes! If you like a different take on common dishes and feel like you’re in the middle of a social event, this is the place. Kind of out of place for the area but that’s what gives it a “teleported to a different place” feel. Even if you don’t like the vibe, you’ll like the food. The table next to us kept looking at our food. I think they were wondering what the dish was so they could order it. Kind of wanted to ask if they wanted to try, but that might have been too forward. But you never know, that’s how strangers become good friends. Anyways, bring your date if you want to have a good time out. Otherwise, bring your Dad who likes to part!

Food looked very appetizing when it came out and I was super excited to eat, but it was a huge let down for me and my bf. We ordered the popular items many of the google reviews recommended, including the honey walnut shrimp, garlic noodles, and miso buttered fish. The honey walnut shrimp was the best out of those 3, but it was not all that either. The sauce was good, but the breading to shrimp ratio was just too much. The garlic noodles had a great bouncy texture to them, but it was a bit too salty for my taste. Same for the miso buttered fish. Overall, presentation is great, but flavor wise I’d skip this place and go somewhere else on the island.

My only regret is not coming earlier so I could have enjoyed the Bamm-Bamm Sando. Something about a fruity pebbles ice cream, sugar cookie sandwich rolled in fruity pebbles just calls my name! But no worries, the Melona Sando was the perfect alternative, esp after learning the ice cream and sugar cookies are made in house. That I’ve cream was so light and flavorful! Kudos! Loved their cheeseburger. Simple and delicious. We enjoyed a few small plates as well - the cucumbers, garlic fries, kale Caesar salad, and Tuna dip. The service left a little to be desired while sitting at the bar. But that won’t stop me from coming back.
