Titas Grill Shrimp and Food Truck is a must-visit for anyone in Oahu. From the moment you step up to the window, you're greeted with the warm smile of the owner, who is always happy to make recommendations and chat with customers. The shrimp here is the star of the show, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. But don't stop there - the brisket is simply divine. Everything on the menu is made fresh to order, so you can be sure you're getting the best quality food possible. One of the things that sets Titas Grill apart from other food trucks is the attention to detail. From the handmade sauces to the perfectly cooked rice, every dish is crafted with care and precision. And despite the high quality of the food, the prices are very reasonable, making it a great option for a quick and tasty meal on the go. Overall, I can't recommend Titas Grill Shrimp and Food Truck enough. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is unbeatable. Whether you're a local or a tourist, you won't regret stopping by for a bite to eat.

This food was amazing. I got the garlic shrimp plate and asked them to make is spicy. The shrimp was still shelled which made eating the plate slightly annoying. But the shells were already split and deshelling was easy, just a little messy. The flavor is where this place shined. That was by far the best shrimp dish I've had so far on the island. The shrimp were perfectly cook and the spiciness actually came through in the flavor. It paired perfectly with the bed of rice. I wasn't a huge fan of the macaroni salad but it was nice to have another flavor to change it up a bit in between bites. Overall if you are going to the PCC or are in that area and need a bite to eat, Tita's is definitely a top tier option for food.

This truck is one of the few spots where someone with Celiac can get something from the food trucks at the Polynesian Cultural Center. When I went here on 3/4/2022, I found out that there is only one option that can be made gluten free here, which is the #3 garlic shrimp for $16.95. You can switch out one scoop of mac salad for a third scoop of rice. My husband got the #5 garlic chicken for $14.95 and he said it was good but tasted like regular fried chicken. My food was good but it was a mess to eat as the shrimp need to be peeled and they're covered in garlic butter. Your choices are pretty limited at the food trucks if you have to eat gluten free, so grab this shrimp plate.

This was one of the best food trucks I've eaten from. Tita's is situated in the Hukilau Marketplace right by the entrance of the Polynesian Cultural Centre (PCC). It's a great place to stop by and fuel up before entering the PCC as I didn't see many food places in there. The food here was delicious, well cooked and very flavourful, and the portions were quite large (hard to tell from my pics). It's definitely well worth the money if you arrive hungry. There's about a 10 minute wait for them to prepare your food, but there are some tables and chairs with umbrellas to shield you from the sun right in front of the truck, so you can relax while you wait for them to call your number.

We stopped for food prior to our Luau and HA experience at the Polynesian Cultural Center. We ordered garlic shrimp, teriyaki beef, garlic fries, regular fries and cheeseburgers. The garlic fries had a pile of garlic on them and nothing else to spread the garlic flavor. The regular fries needed salt desperately. The garlic shrimp still had the tails and shells on them. The teriyaki beef was overcooked and we could have bought jerky for a better experience. Really disappointed and hoped for a better dining trip. I would skip this truck if you have ANY other option.

I definitely recommend this place if you opted out of the buffet package and want to eat on site before the evening show. I got the short ribs and shrimp combo and it was delicious. The ribs were pretty good and have a slightly sweeter flavor, but they were a bit dry. The shrimp really stole the show. They were garlic shrimp and come with the shell still on but they are cooked so well and easily peelable. The shrimp are also quite large. They also offer spicy and Korean shrimp options if you don’t want garlic shrimp.
