We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! We just got back. Everything feels brand new, and the rooms are super spacious. We had two queen beds and a queen sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of five. The pool is warm, and there are tons of activities and games you can check out. One of the best perks was the free snorkeling gear rental they offered when we visited. The beach is right across the street, and we went every single day! It was so convenient to go out on excursions during the day and then come back to the hotel to relax. Oh and they have amazing towels. The hotel’s bistro and live music entertainment almost every night made our evenings enjoyable. The staff? Incredible! They were so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Food options were also amazing. The hotel has a bistro, and right next to it is a marketplace with a variety of food choices. Plus, there are great restaurants just a few minutes away, and within 15 minutes, you’re at the famous North Shore food trucks! For drinks, we found a Longs Drugs less than five minutes away and a charming mom-and-pop liquor store just around the corner. We stocked up from both places to enjoy a few drinks at the beach. Our stay was truly memorable, and we’re so glad we found this hotel. We’re already planning to come back! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hawaii.

Our room was on the ground floor facing a busy main road so a good, uninterrupted night's sleep was impossible. There was a lot of construction going on in the hotel, there wasn't a proper reception, the 'bistro' was a marquee on a tennis court out the back with a member of staff standing at a table (this did not hold up well in the rainy weather), there gym was out of use for most of our stay and there was noisy construction work going on during the day so impossible to have a peaceful time there. If we had been warned of this by the hotel this would have been a different story, we still paid full price and didn't have the full use of the amenities we were promised when we booked. The breakfast isn't very good, wouldn't recommend it. On top of that the service was extremely slow, we waited almost 50 minutes for French toast, simply ridiculous. EVERYTHING at this hotel costs extra and they charge exorbitant prices. If you check out late they charge you $799, a cabana by the pool is $150 per day, parking is $20 per day. The only saving grace of this hotel is that the majority of the staff were very pleasant and the bed is very comfortable. I stay in Marriot hotels quite often and this location absolutely did not meet the mark, especially for the price we paid.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had booked through a travel website and since we stayed 10 days we got a very good rate. The entire team was nice and helped us with whatever we needed during our stay. The pool was beautiful and relaxing and it was conveniently located next to the Polynesian Cultural Center which we would visit and walk around the shops outside. We loved being able to rent beach chairs from the hotel, which was very helpful when traveling a long distance and the hotel also offers different classes to learn the Hula! The beaches on the North Shore and breathtaking, with such gorgeous views and beauty to behold. We rented a car which was very safe parked in the lot attached to the hotel and our beds were super comfortable. It was nice to stay on the North Shore since it's more quiet and calm compared to Honolulu. It takes about 3 hours to drive fully around the island, so it wasn't a big deal that we stayed up there either. The hotel was close to the Kualoa Ranch which we visited a few times throughout our trip. It's where many movies were filmed, including Jurrasic Park & World movies! We experienced some cool excursions there as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Oahu and would visit again.

The Marriot Courtyard Oahu North Shore is perfect for families, offering a peaceful escape near quiet, uncrowded beaches—quite the contrast to the bustling and noisy Waikiki area in Honolulu, which is packed with visitors. Its warm hospitality, clean and well-appointed rooms, and convenient location make it an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.

Stayed here on points. It is walking distance from the Polynesian cultural center. Hotel has been completely renovated, the decor is modern. Our room had view of the ocean. The beach is across the street . Rentals for kayak on site. After a day at the cultural center enjoyed the pool amenities .
