The Eagle's Nest is a smaller bar with two pool tables and two dart boards. It's a friendly atmosphere with a good group of regulars. I like to go for Karaoke on any of the five nights they have it. Blue's Night open mic isn't as "open" or inviting as I'd like it to be, but the established performers that are invited to play are talented and nice, though a bit hard of hearing given the volume they crank the speakers up to in such a small room. Overall, it's a nice place to grab a beer or one of a very limited selection of shots and I'll keep going back.
Update: The nest has changed ownership twice since I last posted. Wednesday night Karaoke is fun and they also have a pool league that plays on Wednesday. There has been at least one remodel over the past few years, but it's still very much a dive bar. There is live music on Tuesday, but I'm not sure if it's Blues focused or not.
