I hate having to give a bad review of a place I love getting food from. This establishment is giving Robek’s a very bad name. I also see I’m not alone in feeling this way from reading a few other reviews here. This morning was my third and worst customer service experience over the phone. I called to request that they not place an excessive amount of red pepper flakes on my avocado toast, as has happened the last 3 orders. I was cutoff mid sentence by the owner numerous times. She was very terse and short each time I tried to respond. I really hope they get it together over there, I love the products. I would have canceled my order just off principle of poor treatment over the phone, but would have lost all of almost $40 except for $1.50.
I suggest the owner hire a customer service expert and also stop telling people you’re the owner when you speak to them, you’re hurting your business, because your customer service is bottom rung. Invest in an expert, step back from managing.

While I was getting my order I noticed that the manager/owner of this location was constantly calling employees at work hours and being rude toward employers.
