I was leaving the gym and decided to get something from chili verde to take back home. I was the last one in the store. In walks a man and a women. I did not want them to try to order and find out it was closed. I said to the couple, " I believe they are closing. The man looked at me with the most rude face, looked me up and down and said, "uuhh Yea", like duh. He continued to walk to the back to talk to the chefs with the women. I realized he (Jose)owned the joint(BBB). He went to the back and started talking to the line cooks and cleaners about me because they were staring out the window and laughing. Hispanics are not the only ones who speak Spanish. I am 10 years fluent listening and watching what and how they are acting talking and laughing. If was if to say, " How dare you think I am just a customer when I own the joint. An approximate 95,000 dollar business is good revenue, but it is not good enough to treat customers as if they are beneath you. I just sold a multi unit worth over five times the evaluation of what this store makes a year, and would never treat anyone like they are beneath me, so before you look down on someone who you believe is beneath you, evaluate your character. Food: rice was great, beans were super salty, my family said the tacos were alright, but we love the salsa so that helped. Front staff: Nice, customer friendly This is a convenient chili Verde but if I ever want the food I will support the century franchise. Beans, tacos, and franchise owner Jose left a literal and figurative salty taste in my mouth, but I gave the store 3 stars for the rice, front...
Read moreWhen I 1st Start to visit This place the food is good, the people our helpful and life was fine. Than one day I mentioned that the Salsa size was not accurate according to the weight their selling it at and the measurement device I used to test was I getting what I paid for the answer was no but when I asked that the sold measurement was not the same.. I was told it was a liquid humm A oz is a OZ is a oz right.. Okay I let that go than I order the Salsa one day and something was different it was missing or didn't have much of one of their normal ingredients I mention that and I am a regular.. Nothing just okay Sh_t happens but at a establishment I expect consistency I spent my hard earn money for food I enjoy to eat right. if a customer can feel something is not right that customer will visit the establishment less and less often causing that place to lose Client's right This is not for everyone it just me!
I still like the place but not as much and now the prices have gone up in the Pandemic at this place now I know I can't visit it like I use too.. thanks for being their Chile Verde. I try to order just the Salsa and Chips at a cost of more than 25 -30 bucks...
Read moreFor a while this was the only Chile Verde I'd ever eaten at, so I had no idea that every Chile Verde is independently owned; their menus are pretty much the same, but the food, even the tortilla chips and salsa vary from location to location. After visiting many other locations this is still my favorite. Their beans are always delicious, none of their other restaurants even come close to being as delicious. I regularly crave their chicken soft tacos and beans, and drive miles out of my way to go to this location. It's also one of my family's favorite fast food restaurants. The workers are always nice and respectful. They keep their restaurant clean and well stocked. The serving sizes are perfect. As far as fast food joints go this location definitely...
